Went to the store ordered some waffle fries folks. This is not fries. Do not buy this complete trash. It is like eating burnt potato. There’s no potato it’s I don’t know what it is but it is complete trash. Do not spend your money here you’ll pay 7.99 for some fries or not fries you don’t know what the hell you’re eating because you don’t taste any potato I will not Spend my money here complete trash. I asked to swap all the fries for something else because it’s not fries and I explained to them that this is not fries and they said no so customer service Garbage as well. So banquet burger replied to my review stating that I may review to request free food. That is a laugh you could look up my reviews on Google. I go places and when the food is good I will say. This place is trash Try the waffle fries, yourself folks and you will see that it’s trash. I didn’t request free food from banquet burger. I said I would prefer to have the jalapeño poppers instead because the fries is actually trash. I’m on my way to McDonald’s right now to have some decent fries. It’s sad that McDonald’s fries actually taste better than theirs and they’re supposed to be a fancy burger place. Trying to look like a bagger for the trashy food but folks go on try itand you will agree with me. Make sure you buy the waffle fries. What a disappointment! I went in for lunch and ordered chicken fingers when I had asked for a recommendation between chicken and a burger the guy at the counter said ohh tough choice. If that was a tough choice I would hate to taste the burger. The chicken was difficult to chew through and couldn't be bitten through had to be ripped apart (because I was only given two plastic forks). The sauce choices were terrible (didn't even have plum sauce) and when I asked for mayo for the fries I was told this was a dipping sauce and would be $1.... this was not on the menu or noted anywhere so I had to pay seperate for this. The taste was lackluster at best it also took over 25 minutes to be made - there was no one in the restaurant and the to go orders were finished. The two employees were nowhere to be seen as I waited.
