I want to share a bad experience that i had with the staff, food quality and service for this location. July 10 we did drive through at this location around 6:30 pm- for 2 everything bagels with eggs. We got the order and on our way home, my husband ate one bagel- and we would inside plastic stuck on egg, and egg was mouldy. We called them up and their staff said it is impossible, come back and show it to us. Ideally we would not have gone back, but because of that staffs rude tone over phone, we went back, gave them the bagel, manager saw the bagel and said yes this is not done, it is something odd. They offered us replacement- because they didn’t have eggs then, they offered us a note on receipt that you can come up anytime and get another bagel. They asked did you check the other one too, but we had not checked the other one, so we said we haven’t. And they said that should be replaced too if it is not good, but because we were already late, we said okay just give us the slip. Manager name was Reetu. When we checked the next bagel after coming back home, the egg was mouldy in that too. Now today on weekend, we went to the same location and asked them to replace the bagels like the receipt said. First they asked us to come inside the store and then told us we will only give one bagel- as it mentions only one. Their manager said that day both could be replaced. Their staff was rude, insulted us, said bring us the other faulty bagel and we will replace. We told them that we do not one also, if you are not giving us two, because both were rotten or whatever. They said you are wasting food- where does this come from- when you are offering stale/rotten food to your customers in the first place. I am just stunned by their lack of concerns for customers. A four dollar bagel was not cheap, it is hard earned money and we do not expect mouldy, with plastic food. I am just disgusted. And i regret that i did not make a bigger issue about finding plastic in my bagel- that should have taught them a lesson. Cheap staff with cheap language- accusing customers, when their own service is horrible. And their supervisor today was too busy to show-up for 5 minutes to resolve this- and the manager other day - Reetu should have instructed their stafff in rudeness. Huge disappointment- i am not looking for replacements anymore- i want apologies from their staff, manager for playing first with my health and then with my mental health by making this a harassing...

First the crewller donut was not great, texture was on point but the taste was like a machine?
The maple pecan donut I receive was as my expectations so that's was fine.
The chicken wrap I received was delicious and came in a cute container and adores the snack.
But meanwhile waiting for the wrap and bowl we were viewing their processing of how they handle food and as they were preparing multiple things as once they had to get another order ready. I witness the drive thru employee attempt to help out and touched(without gloves) a just toasted cibatta roll and place it for her coworker to finish as she was prepping and that was first off not sanitary. She was the drive thru employee and didn't have gloves nor even attempted to clean her hands prior too as she just touched her headset. So who knows what else she had touched prior to that poor roll for that customer to recieve, which thankfully I did not order. And also witnessed one of the sauces being refilled by a Lady with no gloves as well, which is fine but what I felt disgusted at was the fact she cleaned the bag of which the refill was in with no gloves and processed to rub it on the. Container already filled bottle with no gloves. I've worked Ina. Kitchen before and this isn't okay at all.
The bowl thankfully was finished and just sitting on the counter as we were waiting for it to be delivered to us. But overall not satisfied with Tim's. At least not...
Read morei went to this tim's around 5:40am. the worker couldn't take my simple order properly, which caused me to repeat my order multiple times. i would ask if certain items are available and wouldn't hear a response. i asked for 2 plain croissants but i was charged for 2 cheese croissants even though i repeated multiple times that it's plain. when i went to the window the worker asked me if i had 2 cheese croissants in my order and i said no i ordered two plain. the worker said yeah plain & checked the bag before handing it to me. i left and noticed right away it's cheese croissants and went back to the window and told him i ordered two plain croissants he didn't understand and said yeah cheese and i told him no i ordered two plain & eventually he gave me the bag with plain croissants. this is beyond ridiculous to have this much time wasted on an order of just a couple croissants, a tea & a homestyle biscuit. tim hortons has gone downhill. these workers need to be strictly trained and...
