I could be biased, or maybe it’s because I’m so used to eating out fast food and that my taste buds will go crazy for any real food, but man, I had the hand made ricotta gnocchi for lunch and I honestly felt as though I cheated on my Italian grandmother with how good it was. (Nonna if you’re reading this I’m sorry.)
It came with both a hint of lemon and arugula with a white base sauce that was also shredded with parmesan. Compliments to the chef because the lemon wasn’t overpowering in the slightest, and the arugula helped balanced some of the flavouring as well.
