Arbor Room Cafe, nestled within the University of Toronto campus, is a delightful hidden gem that has won my heart for a multitude of reasons. This cozy little cafe has a lot to offer, and I find myself coming back again and again.

One of the standout features of Arbor Room Cafe is its incredibly friendly staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and impeccable customer service. Their attentiveness and eagerness to cater to your needs truly make the cafe a welcoming and inviting place to be.

The menu at Arbor Room Cafe boasts some delectable offerings, but what keeps me coming back is their mouthwatering poutine. It's the perfect comfort food, and the combination of crispy fries, savory gravy, and gooey cheese curds is simply irresistible. Plus, the pricing is quite reasonable, making it an excellent choice for students and visitors alike.

The cafe's interior is charming and cute, but what truly impressed me was their Halloween decorations. They went all out to create a festive and spooky atmosphere during the Halloween season, which added an extra layer of coziness to the place. It's evident that they put thought and effort into creating a visually appealing space.

Cleanliness is a top priority at Arbor Room Cafe, and it shows. The cafe is consistently spotless, which adds to the overall pleasant dining experience.

In conclusion, Arbor Room Cafe at the University of Toronto campus offers a welcoming atmosphere, a friendly staff, scrumptious poutine, reasonable pricing, and charming decorations. It's the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy good food, and feel right at home. Whether you're a student or simply passing through, I highly recommend paying a visit to this...

I like the place and it has a lot of potential. but the customer service… I don’t even know where to start. Please don’t think I am a typical Karen, but this place just makes me feel like one… and I want to scream: where is the manager???!!!! I need to speak to the manager!!!! it seems that on an average day there are like 4 employees milling around by the espresso machine, chatting (and quite loudly), sipping water, checking their phones and having pretty good time. I mean this is the best job ever! I wish I had one like this when I was in my 20s. you're basically getting paid for hanging out, chatting with your colleagues and checking your phone. they got my coffee order wrong, I tried to get the barista’s attention when she was making it, but she was too busy checking her phone. I mean it is hard to stay focused when you have 3 or 4 people standing next to you and talking really loudly about random stuff. and why not? why wouldn’t you just stand around and chat with your buddies when you can? work? what is it? boring and overrated!! coffee for here is available only in paper cups (let me guess, nobody would stoop so low to actually wash dishes). when I order a pint I get a lot of foam and little beer. a salad is not tossed and there is just a bit dressing on the top. I mean it’s OK if you order a pastry or something that is already pre-made. In a way you get a glimpse into our future: employees who cannot stay focused on the job for more than 10 seconds, and who think it’s OK to just stand around and chat, while customers are waiting or getting really bad service. do they have a manager there? shift...

I want to give it zero. Diabolically bad. I’m so sad that I consumed this. I was given something that seemed totally different than what I thought I was ordering? Cheap food, bad assembly, absolutely no effort put in whatsoever. Felt like random warm (not even hot) ingredients. If I could go back in time I’d find a dog to feed that food to. Also the music was way too loud and annoying. Why are they playing metal at dinner? Bad.
