My friend and I got the cheeseburger, the nashville hot chicken sandwich, the chili cheese dog, their homemade "twinkie", and finally their homemade soft serve ice cream (not included in photo as we came back later to try). I must say, their soft serve is the best I've ever tasted! There's a huge difference between the one you can get at an ice cream truck for example. The vanilla was so thick and satisfying. We also got the watermelon flavour, which was light and perfectly sweet (it had a really cool unique flavour). The twinkie was also very good, as it wasn't too heavy and rich. When eating a "fast food" burger, I often feel sluggish and heavy after. However, their burger was so clean and delicious - perfect for a hot day at the beach! I love the simplicity of the burger; it is not decked with a bunch of add-ons in an attempt to mask poor quality meat and bread. The quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. The homemade sauce they add to the burger is so delicious! From my understanding, the burger is made fresh from quality meats and never frozen. However, I would've appreciated the option to add bacon. The chicken sandwich was also amazing (side note: this one was heavier than the burger in my opinion). The chicken itself is juicy and tender on the inside, and has a perfect breaded crispy outside. I love the spice, and the homemade ranch sauce they add to it. Finally, I am not a hot dog fan, so I only had a small bite and let my friend have the rest. I could tell all the ingredients were of high quality, so if you're a dog lover, have at it! Overall, this is not only a great spot to grab a quick bite if you're at the beach. I would recommend coming to this place from any distance. The prices are great, and the food is simple, clean, and tastes amazing. What more could you ask for?!??!

I used to eat here often and genuinely loved the Nashville chicken burger, it used to come as a proper fried chicken piece with that signature Nashville seasoning, good fillings, and the right crunch. But my recent visit was honestly a letdown. Instead of the usual, we got what looked like a tiny, mass-produced patty more like something you’d see in frozen food aisles. The chicken was oddly kebab-like, a bit burnt, dripping oil (not the flavorful Nashville hot oil as they liked to pass it as, just greasy oil), and topped with a bland red pepper cheese spread??? that tasted nothing like proper Nashville sauce. Add in one pickle and a smear of mayo in the center, and that was it. All for $15. When we mentioned this to the person who made it, he offered to reduce the seasoning and remake it but the issue wasn’t the spice level at all. They didn’t seem to want to accept that there was a problem which is expected. I love spicy food and I know what a Nashville burger should be. Most of all I know what I have eaten at this same place few months ago. This just wasn’t it. My partner’s chicken burger was no better – another thin, generic patty that felt frozen and lifeless. I ended up eating just the bun to justify the $15, then threw out the filling. You can even see in the attached picture how much oil pooled out of the burger, and it wasn’t the good kind. GG Burgers used to be my go-to for Nashville, but after this experience, sadly, not anymore. Really hope they go back to their original quality, because what they’re serving now feels like a completely different (and much cheaper) product.

Was heading to Boardwalk and was stopping by Toronto Beach Club for a quick bite whilst enjoying the view. Actually, I was needing my afternoon Tim Hortons ☕️(located on the other side of plaza which I didn't know) before going on a ride, but she was hungry. Eventhough my friend recommended her go to juicy and crispy Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich, I opted try "signature" 🍔 GG'S Burger. Definitely, I would say after taking a bite of her's it was much better, mine was dry. The fries hot and crispy. Was greeted immediately and service was fast and friendly. They smash patties then add secret sauce, all put between two sesame buns. Pricing was fair being conveniently located by Woodbine Beach, however I wouldnt rave about it.

I was super excited to eat here as I had it last year and it was great. However, this experience was awful. The service was poor to start. There were only 2 of us when we got there. The gentlemen took our order and then instead of making our food proceeded to serve a group of kids that had just walked in before making our food. He was then handling cash with the gloves he was cooking our food with. He then took a raw chicken burger with his hand and placed it on the grill. With the same gloves he then grabbed the buns for our burgers after touching the raw chicken. After waiting 15 minutes for our food, we finally got it and it was raw. I didn’t even bother going back in to get my money back I just threw it out. I will...
