I will start and say the only time you should eat here is if you are desperate and no other reason. I have ordered from them twice, once on uber and once on skip. The first time my chicken carbonara arrived with an untoasted bun and chicken was lukewarm, i figured it was fine with bad weather, no problem small mistake, we can overlook and forgive. But today I ordered the same thing and they slapped together a sub with whatever toppings they wanted and didnt heat anything up, they put toppings that I have never seen before. This is just a cash grab and no thought or care is put into the food. They have items from certain restaurants and just throw it in a bag and hope for the best. Dont promote Ghost Kitchens, stay away order anything else. This one I believe is fairly new but look at the one on lawrence they have a google rating of less than 3. This one should be dropping as well, once people realize what kind of terrible reboxing restaurant this is. Read the positive reviews, names, and amount of reviews, they are not real reviewers, friends or family of the...

We ordered Latin food, part of the order was ok but we ordered churros and they served it without sugar and cinnamon (as the menu says) and in step of dulce de leche (which we paid as an extra topping) it came with a spicy sauce. We went back thinking they had just made a mistake and asked one of the employees for the dulce de leche; he, without listening, said that churros always came with spice sauce. I’m a Latina I grew up eating churros, and there is no place where they are served with spice sauce and without sugar. He also said that if we had a complaint, we had to call Lola’s food which is the distributor. We showed him the receipt we got on our phone so that he could understand the mistake; he ended up giving us the entire order again. But unfortunately the first reaction counted for us, we just wanted him to say “Sorry about that here is your Dulce de leche” A good Service is not about giving things for free and blaming the vendor, which by the way, had excellent services (we order many times from...

You can buy things online and pick-up. You can buy through an order service and deliver. You can arrive in-person order on a touch screen and wait for your order.
Specially, there is NO cashier, there is NO formal customer service. You cannot pay other than online or credit and debit via the touch screen.
There are 1-3 (I've seen/heard) servicing hundreds of orders and no one is expected to be in the front at all times.
This location only sells already prepped food (frozen or pre-baked) and Quiznos I believe. I've ordered cheesecake factory and Cinnabon a few times.
During winter the windows get all wet and...
