Pizza is amazing but they don’t seem to train their staff I’m a regular and sometimes they have a combo with a slice a pop and a dip which I know because they have offered me but when I try to get it again other staff doesn’t seem to have an idea about it , this same situation has repeated 3 times again and again they offer the combo one day, after a few days they don’t know what I’m talking about , is annoying. Staff doesn’t even bother to check if it’s an option. They seem to assume I’m making it up and I have to yet again buy all items separately saving myself no money and walking away frustrated. I have to say the food is delicious even though the Pizzas we ordered through Uber Eats came 45 minutes later than originally quoted.

The food was ice cold and it took more than double the time.

We then had to warm up the food once again. I would say if you want take out, pick it up but don’t use a delivery service like Uber eats as the initial time quoted was 30-40 minutes and it took 90 minutes.

It’s too late once you order through an app if you want take out then pick it up.

Otherwise use a chain or store that has their own drivers and have thermal bags or other items to keep food hot.

For an order that was $85 truly not worth...

Do not order from here! Go to Maker, they honour the price they're charging with high quality service and good pizza.

I placed a pickup order for 8:30pm on a Saturday. I arrived at 8:24pm and my order was already done, sitting boxed on top of the oven, and the team was busy cleaning BOH.

My order was clearly ready well before I got there because the boxes were warm at best.

No refund or even an apology from management on a $70 order for 2 pizzas that were cold by the time I got home.

+$200 in pizza orders from this location this year I will never...
