The Gong Cha branch on St. Clair is very intimate, a small unit, without tables and chairs, but with great service. The store is next to FarmBoy and a commercial building, with access to the subway and bus stops.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! We walked in 5 mins before closing and had a huge order of 6 drinks but they still took our order with a smile and even apologized for running out of pearls when it was obviously our fault for coming so late. We took some time ordering and they made the experience personable by making suggestions on what flavours we like. They even gave us suggestions on what toppings would taste best with each drink which was so kind! We will definitely be back! This new Gong Cha location is wonderful! I’ve already been there a few times and it consistently tastes great!

So far, I’ve tried the Taro Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea and regular Milk Tea. All of them have been great!

The service is also very welcoming and hospitable.
