I initially ordered a half sandwich and paid for it. However, right after the payment, I changed my mind and asked if I could upgrade to a full sandwich instead. I politely requested the price difference so I could pay the extra amount.

To my surprise, I was told I would need to pay for an additional half sandwich, even though the full sandwich was priced at $19 and the half at $14. This meant I would end up paying $28 for a $19 sandwich—which makes no sense.

While the food quality was good, I found this policy to be quite unreasonable and disappointing

Also, it would be helpful if you clearly mentioned on your front signage that the offerings are primarily targeted at students. That would help manage expectations better.

However, I must say again that my sandwich was hot and required preparation time. I requested to change my order immediately after making the payment, so the preparation hadn’t started yet. This situation is very common and easily resolved at my own workplace, where customer satisfaction is our top...

and Eglinton. Yesterday I went for a stroll during lunch and spotted a new sandwich shop that opened earlier this summer. I love sandwiches, especially when they are fully loaded with meat as I'm a carnivore.

Their sandwiches range from $17-$27 for footlong, and from looking at the pictures they had on display I knew their sandwiches would be huge. It says on their menu, "The biggest sandwich in town".

I opted for the Haida Royal which they recommended that was made up with...

Chicken and Beef Deli, Beef Sausage, Mozzarella Cheese, Mushroom, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Pickles, Potato Sticks, Special Sauce.

Served warm, on a crispy bun that was beautifully balanced. The deli meats and sausage were savory. The fresh tomatoes and sauce filled the sweet role. My favourites were the pickles and the potato sticks. TEXTURE is so underrated.

This was easily the best sandwich/sub I ever had, and also the BIGGEST! Just MASSIVE! I wasn't able to finish half of it!

They have 4 locations in the GTA. You will not be...

This was the best sandwich I have had in years! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the smell of fresh-baked bread and cooked meats was irresistible. I went with the Lamb Special and it was honestly life-changing. Every single bite had the ideal balance of juicy and savoury! I probably took longer than I should have finishing my food but I had to take my time and enjoy the masterpiece they made for me. My favourite part had to be the Special Sauce they put on it! Whether you are planning on grabbing lunch on the go or hanging out with friends this place is a great spot for everyone! It really has a tight, loving, family feel and I really enjoyed it.

The staff were excellent and super friendly, gave great recommendations and even threw in a side of their Chips and Cheese for me to try. Obviously delicious! The quality and price combined, you can't go wrong for the portion sizes and taste you will experience. Make sure you give this place a try I promise you will...

Good friendly service. Got the pizza sandwich, but forgot to check for the mushrooms Missus doesn’t like. Was a nice sandwich anyway, with a crispy bun.

I walked in based off a misleading sidewalk sign on Yonge Street advertising a panini, fries and drink for $8.99. Easy to miss the tiny font on the bottom that it is for "students." Inside I was told this by the friendly staffperson. Interestingly the signage IN the restaurant was much clearer, so it seems purposeful outside to fool people into coming in. I ordered a half sub, which was large, full of processed meats and slathered -- absolutely covered -- with their mayo-based sauce. Not only was it messy and hard to eat but I felt sick to my stomach both from the food and the way I was misled by their signage. I won't be back.
