Harvey's — Restaurant in Toronto

Today I brought my son here for lunch and I have been to this location many times but never have I experienced what happened today. Truly this visit was something special and it was all because of the amazing front end staff that we ordered from Jennifer! Jennifer is the perfect example of what not only amazing customer service should be but also what it means to have an amazing human being in your presence! Jennifer greeted every person with a smile and a laugh and a friendly greeting. She went out of her way to make sure that every customer felt heard and special for the entire time that they ordered. Further to that her energy was infectious when she interacted with the staff as well. Jennifer is the epitome if what an amazing employee is and truly she made my son's experience something very special. My family and I love this location! I have personally been coming here since I was a kid in the 90’s and now I bring my children! The pickles are always worth the trip! This location aren’t the pickle police and will gladly fill your request for unreasonable amounts of pickles, which always make the best burger! Food is always hot and fresh and the toppings table is always freshly stocked and clean!

When given the option to go to another location I still go out of my way to come here! There is one employee who stands out especially here. Her name is Jennifer and she is just a ray of sunshine. She always makes you feel so welcome and genuinely seems happy to see you. She not only takes her time to take your order or dress your burger but also makes conversation that has never failed to make me smile.

I will definitely be coming back here again and again!

Had a opportunity to grab lunch at this location today and was extremely happy I did.

After visiting a few clients and finishing the required jobs I needed a nice clean place with nice Aircon to relax and enjoy a quick bite.

Place was clean and well kept and food was good but the staff was great especially the lady who took my order.

When I ordered my food I was really sweating and hot and she said right away "we need to get some water in you." Gave me a cup of water right away. Not ask if I wanted to order water or pop just drink right now.

That's really sweet and kind that a worker was more concerned about my health than "up selling me" on some water.

It's staff like her that make going out to places enjoyable and I sincerely hope the manager and owner read my message and reward staff like her for ACTUALLY GIVING a damn about her customers.
