Harvey's — Restaurant in Toronto

On November 03rd me and my family attended Rexdale location Harvey's.I ordered food for myself and my family. Couple of things that really discomfort us was, we got a very dry and definitely expired Burger. I wish I should have taken a picture so I could show it other customers to judge the quality. And I went to the counter to explain them, it seemed employees already knew food was expired and was gross. And when I asked a fresh Burger the employee on the counter told us, to make a fresh Burger and Buns it takes about 15 mints. Question is on rush time in a busy location why it takes 15 minutes to get fresh food, and secondly why they served the totally expired food to their customers?? Do they know that they are playing with their customers health, or that doesn't matter. Are they giving free food that they are careless?? Honestly!! I don't think deserve to have Harvey's name on it, because I am sure Harvey's policy is to serve fresh and be mindful of customers health. After even they made fresh Burger, I garbage it, because at that point I lost my desire to eat, because I was so upset, nevertheless they did not...

I'd like to start by saying Harvey's is my favourite fast food restaurant and I have been to dozens of locations between Hamilton to Oshawa... While I have been lucky enough to get food that tasted alright, I have to agree with the majority of other reviews. This location is the worst i have been to. It has terrible service. I will never judge a place based on one experience as tempting as it may be to leave and never come back. This one is close to home so I have been here 3 times in the last month and it was the same every time. Incredibly under staffed. The kitchen has food piling up under the heat lamps because there's no one to garnish the burgers. Several times the girl garnishing was also doing cash and moved between the jobs without washing her hands or changing gloves. I'm not sure if they have been properly trained at all. They come off rude but it is most likely because they are overwhelmed with no support. This is a management issue. There are a few other locations in the area and worth the extra 10...

I personally love Harvey's and enjoy their double original burgers Some staff is pleasant while others wander around eating food as they gather orders or don't bother to stop a conversation between themselves to serve a customer?? This location is by my company so I've given it several chance, but either food is under or over cooked, onion rings are fried to hell in super old oil or the burger is barely cooked, cheese is stone cold from the freezer Fountain drink machine never working right, or out a syrup when informed they roll theirs eyes and do nothing. Drive thru is slow and not cared for... Half hour order sits getting cold while they wait for the rest of your order No organizing just toss it in a bag let it get cold while they wait for the rest of your uncooked order😕 Overall this location doesn't deserve the franchise name and is bad for the corporate image Save you money and time go elsewhere The Swiss chalet side...
