I enjoy Subway but 90% of the time the sandwich has more meat on one end and the toppings aren’t properly placed and it’s frustrating. Friday night I was in the area and decided to have Subway. Het (I hope that is the correct spelling of his name) served me and honestly, it was the best sub I have ever had. Toasted perfectly but most importantly it was constructed perfectly. It was even the whole way across and was truly enjoyable with all toppings in every bite. He obviously cares about what people receive and that it is enjoyable. If you watch him make a sub you will notice he is very precise with his placing although not slow as you might suspect. I was so impressed i actually called after I left and told him how good the sub was and that I appreciate his efforts although I am sure that doesn’t happen very often where somebody takes the time to express their appreciation and satisfaction in what they purchased. I think I made his night by calling but he definitely took the care and concern for me as a customer so it was the least I could do. Thanks for the great sub. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff member (Khushi) who was serving me was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Despite my efforts to remain polite, she responded with attitude and disrespect.
What was even more concerning is that she used the same meat-handling gloves while preparing a vegetarian sandwich. This is highly unprofessional and unethical, especially for customers who specifically request vegetarian options.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and served properly. This is not a free service, and the least that can be expected is courtesy and proper hygiene standards.
