Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

This is probably one of the worst Tim Horton's I have been to. It's enough that Tim's has downgraded over the past few years, but the service here is so terrible. They never have any baked goods ready...they always run out and never replace them. The workers here don't know much about the menu items, and they don't know how to make anything. I asked for a Mocha Latte...the worker didn't know how to punch it into the screen and didn't know how to make it...I just got a proper coffee even though I paid 2.99. In another instance here, I asked for poutine, and it took 25 minutes just to make it. They have very slow service, and I wish the workers were nice...they have so much attitude. They're always shouting at the customers and never ever smile or do anything properly. I also asked for a black iced coffee and stressed that I don't get sugar or cream...and guess what, they did the exact opposite. Overall a terrible terrible place. There's another Tim's down the road on rexdale...go to that one instead for better service, and to get...

I was there today at 5 40 pm today and I ordered two coffees. the supervisor was making my coffees. And cross contaminated one of my black coffees with cream. I told her that was not good safe food practice and she got made at me was super rude and tried to defend y it was ok to do what she did. As a supervisor she should know her stuff. It’s not like it was busy and she needed to rush. It’s one thing to make a mistake another to try to justify what u did when u were super in the wrong. Few weeks ago same supervisor messed up my order must have giving me someone else and she got upset with me cuz I told her that my food was wrong. She kisses her teeth never said sorry nothing. She is super rude has no customer service skills at all. She makes this Tim hortons very...

I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by Rajbir,Noor, and Parveen. They truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and kindness, which made me feel so welcome.

The coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed, and my order was prepared just the way I like it. But what stood out the most was the friendly attitude and professionalism of Rajbir and Noor and Parveen. They showed great care for every customer, making sure no one left without a positive experience.

Tim Hortons is always my go to place for coffee and a quick bite, but staff members like Rajbir Noor and Parveen make it extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back...
