I recently visited Hero Certified Burgers, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was incredibly delicious—fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. Whether you’re a burger lover or just looking for a satisfying meal, this place definitely hits the spot.

What really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. The gentleman at the front was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations. It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality these days, and it really made the visit more enjoyable.

The restaurant itself was also very neat, clean, and well-organized. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment for their customers. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the overall vibe and experience.

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE & RACIST – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I went in needing to use the washroom, and instead of being treated with basic human decency, I was blatantly denied. The man working there — wearing glasses — was shockingly rude, dismissive, and had a condescending attitude not just toward me, but to other customers as well.

To make matters worse, his behavior clearly crossed the line into racism. His tone, his expressions, and the way he spoke to me compared to others made it painfully obvious. It wasn’t just rude — it was targeted, prejudiced, and completely unacceptable.

This kind of discriminatory behavior should have no place in any business, let alone a restaurant that supposedly serves the public. I left feeling disrespected, angry, and deeply offended.

Do NOT support a place that treats people this way. There are countless better restaurants with respectful, decent staff who don’t treat others like...

The quality was HORRIBLE soooo bad! Truly so upsetting that someone even packed it and let it be served to a customer! The chicken finger where literally rock hard dry pieces of nothing.. I’m not kidding you if you order the chicken fingers it is the equivalent to getting cheap frozen chicken nuggets from the grocery store and putting them in the microwave not even the oven! NEVER one to complain! But I truly was sooo shocked at how Absolutely terrible the quality of the foods is here and how they where actually ok to give it to someone! BIGGEST rip off of $21.00 feel so jipped and so taken advantage of!! Do not go to their restaurant, if you do you will be wishing you had listened to me and will be so mad you did not find a different use of spending your money!! No picture because was so upset and mad threw them in Trash right away! But truly I promise you.. you will be overly disappointed when you get food...
