Mary Be is a A Delightful Healthy Place. Dish: Salmon with Garam Masala Cauliflower and Mediterranean Salad The salmon was cooked to perfection, with a tender, flaky texture and a subtly seasoned crust that highlighted its natural flavors. Paired with the garam masala cauliflower, which offered a delightful spice and a slight crunch, this dish was a harmonious blend of tastes and textures. The Mediterranean salad, fresh and vibrant, provided a refreshing contrast, making this meal a well-rounded, nutritious delight. Dish: Toast and Avocado A simple yet satisfying choice, the toast and avocado at Mary Be did not disappoint. The avocado was creamy and ripe, perfectly complementing the crisp, warm toast. It was a delightful and wholesome option, ideal for a light meal or snack. Dish: Asparagus Salad One of my friends opted for the asparagus salad, but it fell short of expectations. While the flavors were good, there was a notable scarcity of asparagus, making the dish feel unbalanced. A more generous serving of asparagus would have made this salad much more enjoyable and fulfilling.

Overall, Mary Be excels in creating delicious and healthy dishes with quality ingredients. With just a few adjustments, such as ensuring consistent portion sizes, it could easily become a top choice for...

What they did with the space is amazing from what the previous business had it looking like!! It is super clean and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that it too pricy for the amount of food you get especially seeing as all the food is cooked ahead of time (the wait for the food is too quick for it not to be). It isn't even worth getting a protein option meal because the size of the protein is so tiny and leaves you wondering what you actually paid for. I will go back but not as often as I would like due to pricing.

I gave you guys a second chance today and I will NEVER be coming back! I ordered 2 sides for $11.20 and the portion was ridiculously small!! At 1st I thought it might have been a mistake so I went back in to ask one of your girls behind the counter like you had stated to do in your reply. I was referred to your manager that was on shift at the moment and she was nothing but rude and snippy with me. It was like I had bothered her by asking my questions, like I was taking precious time out of her day and that she didn't want to deal with me. I will not be coming back, it is not worth the money or being treated like my money isn't...

I’ve been quite obsessed with this place lately, getting it delivered at least once a week or two. I usually get the Be Square, but at this point I tried a good chunk of the lunch menu. I can’t stress this enough, I think this is the best healthy (and truly delicious) lunch place downtown.

Their salmon is amazing, chicken is also great and comes with a nice green sauce. But I’d skip the steak if you’re getting delivery as it gets a little overcooked in that time (I can tell it was prepared well though). My favorite sides have definitely been the soup, kale caesar and the mac, but all others are good as well, with only broccoli being a little disappointing (pieces too big, none/too little seasoning and wasn’t grilled enough imo, it almost looked steamed).

The desserts are all great, but I was especially surprised by the brownie. It blew my mind when I read it had sweet potato in it - I had no idea this was a thing, and you truly can’t tell.

Anyway, I obviously can’t recommend this place enough. If I lived closer to it, I’d probably go there...

This place is amazing - a new find of my day to day go to place. Food: it is cafe kind of food, u can chose combo like 2 side 1 protein etc. A lot of good choices. My fav seasonal soup the one a little it spicy with tomato, grilled half avocado, grilled beets. Diary free picky eater? They also has smooth, cookies for snack. Good choices of coffee, specially tea, turmeric ginger latte, almond milk. ❤️ They have desirably stew - lentil, chilli. love it, perfect for cold winter. Price: average for cafe like this: 12.99 for 3 sides, 14.99 for 2 sides 1 protein. Steak and salmon has additional $3. Can also order steak or salmon only at $8 and $10. Environment: not like pantry type of cafe, food is in kitchen so it is not exposed. You order food, take a number and they bring it to you. Nice cozy decor with centre big table and sofa area nice for small group, and perfect for eat alone. Music is ok, not too loud. Restroom: large, clean, baby change table, accessibility access. Services: fast and friendly!

We came as a group of two on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was about half full. In terms of ambiance, this place is really beautiful and has a very homey vibe. It is both modern and quaint and definitely was a comfortable place with lots of seating. The food was alright, but given the price point I wouldn't say it is worth it for very plain and standard fare. It is definitely nice that they put a basic and health conscious spin on their recipes, but the amount charged for the portions and food quality isn't great. I got roasted brussel sprouts, with sweet potatos and an extra half avocado. My meat was chicken. Nothing really stood out. My partner got the salmon with cauliflower and Mac and cheese, with the cauliflower being the most noteworthy piece of the dish. I'd still come here again, especially as someone who tries to eat healthy now and then. It's definitely a cool spot to hang out in a nice area.
