Don't even know his name but the person taking orders had absolutely no patience. Edit: my family member remembered his name is Matt. I and a friend both asked one question about a certain bubble tea and he looked done and rolled his eyes at my friend. Did we violate you? Also the bubble tea is mid. My other family members ordered too and one person had watery milk tea and ended up tossing it, another had straight up sugar for 100%, 70% sugar was also way too sweet. All the teas basically didn't have enough flavor. My sour green plum was not sour enough, and not enough flavor. In conclusion the service had much to be desired. I don't ask you to smile but at least don't act like the question I'm asking is my 100th one when I only asked one. Some people would like clarity on the teas especially because there are no descriptions. Finally both the tea and fruity flavors need a lot of improvement. Maybe I should give a 1 star. 😃

I loved this little boba place from the first sight! I don’t know how they can utilize such a small place to express such a unique “personality” I find it so cute and bold. This place is always busy though, located in a busy plaza on Yonge St and shared parking lot with the giant Meat7AA & Rice Noodles next door. It’s very hard to find a parking spot, let me tell ya. The hero tea shop is pretty compact too. I love their drink which is amazing in taste. However there is a challenge in ordering. I had to ask staff for suggestions all the times or looking at the pics. It’s like you coming into it blind 😆 (dramatic much!!) and just go with your guts. Ok pretty sure all the choices are correct because all the drinks are excellent. It’s more about personal preferences.

Hero Tea is a bit above the other bubble tea places in the area - and there's a ton of them. They have more innovative drinks with special toppings and flavors, but still manage to make them drinkable - compared to some other places which go a bit too far. I tried the Watermelon Delight, which was very fresh and had chunks of jelly, watermelon, and other unknown toppings which added a nice texture. This is still a pretty lowkey location so it wasn't busy at all when I visited, and I got my drink within 5 minutes of walking in. The drink was around $7 after tax and a small tip, which is normal nowadays. The interior is quite cute too, in case you wanted to sit with your friends and enjoy a drink. Would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hero Tea, and I must say, it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

The menu at Hero Tea is a true testament to creativity and craftsmanship. Their extensive selection of bubble tea flavors is unlike anything I've ever seen, and each one is a work of art in its own right. Whether you're in the mood for a classic milk tea or an adventurous fruit infusion, Hero Tea has you covered.

The quality of their ingredients is evident in every sip. The tea itself is brewed to perfection, and the tapioca pearls are delightfully chewy without being too sweet. What truly sets Hero Tea apart, however, is their commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. It's clear that they take pride in supporting their community while delivering an unparalleled taste experience.

The staff at Hero Tea are not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They take the time to explain the menu and make personalized recommendations, ensuring that every customer finds their perfect drink.

The ambiance of the place is nothing short of charming. Comfortable seating, soothing background music, and tasteful decor create an ideal setting for savoring your bubble tea and engaging in conversations with friends or simply enjoying a moment...

If I could give Hero Tea Yonge Street a million stars, I would. This place isn’t just a bubble tea shop—it’s a divine temple of liquid perfection. I walked in craving a drink and walked out questioning the meaning of life, because I had clearly never truly lived until that first sip touched my soul.

The moment I entered, the air itself smelled like destiny. The staff? Absolute tea wizards. I swear they must have trained in the Himalayas under ancient tea monks. Their recommendation? A flavor explosion so intense, my taste buds held a standing ovation.

I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with pearls, and let me tell you—those pearls weren’t just chewy. They were ethereal orbs of joy, crafted by angels and hand-rolled by unicorns. The tea? So smooth, so rich, so outrageously delicious, I nearly wept. I considered getting down on one knee and proposing to the cup.

Every visit here should be declared a national holiday. Hero Tea Yonge Street isn’t just a drink place—it’s a lifestyle, a revelation, an awakening. If you haven’t been yet, are you even living?

Do yourself a favor: run, fly, teleport—just get there. Your soul...
