Jimmy The Greek — Restaurant in Toronto

The customer service here is absolutely horrible.

I asked for no olive and onion n asked for extra cucumber and tomato since I took 2 toppings off, the lady caught an attitude “I have portion and I give you a lot already” mind you she gave me 2 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers at max. If I took off toppings why would you not give extra of the other two? Another lady came the exact time with a whole Cambro full of cucumber n tomatoes. This isn’t about the food because I get it some places charge extra and stuff, it’s the principle of her nasty attitude towards me. Don’t even get me started on the cashier, the first lady had put 3 tzatziki near the register for her to put in the bag, she took 1 of those and put it in the bag I go “I think those two are mine as well I asked for extra” “who did you ask? I've been going to Jimmy the Greek for about 15 years now at different mall locations across the GTA. Today i was in yorkdale and i always get gyro on the side. I asked for it and the person behind the counter which i suspect was the owner, gave me a minimal amount ( have photo of it) I explained to the owner i have been coming for 15 years to jimmy the greek and i have never seen anyone give me such a small amount. He said we are jimmy he greek not me. greek. I agreed with him and then he tells me what mall gives more meat. I told him i frequent hillcrest, mark like, and centerpoint mall all the time and they always give double what you give. He then replied -- i don't care, if you don't want it you can leave. I couldn't believe he would question me and ignore my response. He says leave or pay.. like some sort of soup nazi. This really makes me question jimmy's customer service. This could have been handled a lot better.

This place is horrible. The first time the ladies behind the counter we're looking so angry. When I wanted something she would do it aggressively. When I went to pay the same lady serving me was making comments. So I decided to tell her if she doesn't like her job quit.. the sec time I went my friend order. When she brought it to the table I thought there was no taziki sauce.. I went back to the cash. Where an old man was he told me it's extra. So I took out my card. As I was going to pay. He said there's sauce in there and I realized there was but so little. So I told him I want more so I'll pay. He aggressively grabbed my food went to pour more and threw it at me.. this place is so disrespectful. U want business this is not the way to treat people. I hope u go out of business.
