I had a combo this past Saturday. 1 The chicken sandwich- the chicken tasted amazing 10 out of 10, but the bun and topping killed the taste for me. I should of eaten the chicken separately. 2. The mash potato side was a small scoop with gravy, it was just ok. 3. The peach mango pie was terrible!! 4. The refillable drink, I had Pepsi but unfortunately the dispenser which had two Pepsi's on it, one tasted like garbage and the other was better, but it didn't taste like the way a Pepsi should. I guess they were to busy to fix it. Overall, a great disappointment because I heard so much about Jollibee that I had to try it. It was so busy that there weren't any seats available to seat, we waited over 15 minutes for a seat. The tables were disgusting and all staff looked overwhelmed. I guess somehow this particular Jollibee needs to get their act together!!! Or do they really care? Why fix iany problems when your making money. Somehow this whole experience can be covered with one word... a CIRCUS!!!! And we are the clowns that go there!!! I really felt bad for the staff. They didn't look happy and they are so busy that we were given a puck that goes off when you food is ready. The friend I went with said he was there before just after the opening and it was much better back then. He had the 2 piece chicken and he liked it. So the is no denying that their chicken is amazing. But I blame whoever owns and runs (owners & manager) this Jollibee. You should be ashamed. Even Jollibee as a chain. What a joke!! Never going back!!! I want to try a different location to prove my theory, but after this experience, there is no way! that's happening!!!! AND YA CLEARLY WAY OVER PRICED MENU. For what you spend and then this??? I see that the Jollibee owner replies to the peoples comments which is nice, but spend some time fixing your establishment instead of giving stupid standard replies!! Don't bother replying to my comments!! You already showed me how much you care and respect your customers, by me throwing away my money into your pockets. Not even a refund can fix it. Enjoy my money and the others who gave a one star ratings!! In which are MANY!! I gave a 2 star out of respect for your overwhelmed and overworked staff. This was a personal review to the owner. I did many reviews for food on Google and I've never have gone this far. Maybe it's because you making a killing and at the same time not giving a damn about anybody else, except for yourself!!! Read moreWhere to begin? This place is run horribly. Terrible wait time, especially when you call a head of time to place an order for pick up.
My wife called in and placed an order at around 5:35PM, she was told the pick up time will be 6:00PM. When I get there at 6, there was a line for take out and a line for pick up/DoorDash. The line for take out was fairly long and wrapped around the corner of the building. The line for pick up was two people, I was the second person in line. While I was waiting, the line for take out was moving, although slowly, I’d say when people got in, they paid and got their order in about 5-10 minutes. The line for pick up on the other hand was not being attended to, the person in front of me was told their order was being made (I don’t know how long he was waiting before I got there) and was told to wait in his car.
After about 15 minutes waiting in line (remember, my pick up time was 6:00, it is now 6:15) the person attending the line for take out finally acknowledged me and ask for my name, he pressed a button on his headset and I was told they’re going to “work on it.” Waited some more, people in the take out line kept getting served and again, left with their orders in about 5-10 minutes. After another 15 minutes, another employee asked for my name, he does the same thing with the headset and I was told again, “they’re working on it, and that there was no chicken available.” I waited again, and after 15 minutes, I decided to leave without the food my wife ordered ahead of time.
What is the point of being given the option to order ahead and being given a pick up time, when after 45 long minutes in the cold, your order is still not ready? I feel like the management team and the staff needs to be retrained to be a lot more efficient. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but this sort of thing is not acceptable. When you give a customer a pick up time, you need to have their order ready at the said time, 10 minutes past is still acceptable, but to wait 45 minutes and the order was still not ready? Something’s wrong here.
I will not be coming back to this location, I’ll go out of my way and go to Promenade where things are...

The fried chicken is no flavor, they provided gravy, the gravy is nice to dip the chicken, their gravy is sooo nice!
The family pack spaghetti is for 2 adults or plus one child. The taste is nice, kind of sweet, but with cheese, it’s fantastic!
Their pineapple juice is awesome! Highly recommend to add some sparkling water if you enjoy at home. But even without sparkling water, it’s nice
Their pies are good, no solid fruit inside, and the flavor is close to nature, there is a little bit sour in it, just like you have peaches, not total sweet
The burger steaks? Not really recommend, too expensive and don’t deserve the price. They are just some pretty salty burger steaks with a little gravy and few mushrooms. I though it would serve with rice, but the truth is no - I cooked rice myself. But it’s good to eat with steam rice.
I wish I could get the fries, and spicy chicken, they forget to give me the fries, that’s the main thing I am upset. And I wish they could provide me some spicy chicken, I ordered 4, they never ask which flavor I want and I am pretty sure they have spicy ones, I saw them.
Besides, I highly recommend they should expend their menu. Their food are awesome, that’s true, but I will get bored if I have the same food every time.
So 5 stars for the impression and overall awesome food -1 star for missing my fries and no asking for flavor selection -0.5 star for too disappointed with the burger steaks and the high price and the menu selection
