Jr. Sweet's — Restaurant in Toronto

A friend of mine recommended this place and I just found the time to check it out a week ago. (I got he Rum & Raison with “The Works”, which included mango, pineapple, and rum-infused whipped cream, to list a few). It actually is as yummy as it looks; and yes, that is a mini piece of rum cake! The only issue that I have with this place is the hours; they open for business later in the day than I’d like. Other than that, great ice cream, welcoming decor, and GREAT service! It may be a while, but I think he next time I’m there, I might get the soursop or the ginger beer.......

Just a 2 minute drive from Dutch Dreams. A much better ice cream selection if you're into Caribbean flavors and also a perfect location in the heart of one of the biggest Caribbean communities in Toronto. I grew up on this block as my dad owned a barber shop. I can definitely say that I would've given this place a lot of business as a kid on those hot...

The website says Jr. Sweets is open from 3:30pm until 10pm. It is now 4:10 pm; The sign in the window says "Sorry we're closed" and has spaces to indicate store hours which are...blank.
