This visit to KFC was honestly unforgettable — the best experience I’ve ever had at any location. From the second I stepped through the door, Lorna made me feel genuinely welcome. Her bright smile, warm attitude, and professionalism stood out immediately. She didn’t just serve me — she made sure my entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and personal. It’s rare to meet someone who puts that much care into their job, and she truly went above and beyond.

I also have to give credit to the cook, who absolutely nailed it. The food was amazing — fresh, piping hot, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite tasted like it was made with attention and pride. You could tell it wasn’t just another order; it was a meal prepared with real effort.

This place is not ready at all.I went in to order they Tuesday special went to the cash register no one was there,no big deal went on my phone for a bit.A lady comes not long after(still on my phone) was there waiting for her to say Morning(because I went there about 11:13am) the lady was there for about a minute said nothing and was looking through the door lol.So I decided to say Morning and placed my order I said can I get it spicy she said we don't serve spicy at this location just regular chicken(didn't even knew special locations sell special type chicken wow) so I asked what's regular chicken? She replied regular chicken lol.I asked no BBQ no nth? She replied regular chicken dwl that's crazy.I then said just fried right? She said yes.I then placed my order.She placed the order about a arms length and walked away lol wow.The chicken was so small and without taste IT COULDN'T EVEN FEED A TODDLER.Now why work in customer service if you don't want to deal with people or work where your unhappy,make it make sense.Anyways wish I could leave no...
