KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

This is the only KFC 🍗 after a long time that has treated me with respect 🙏 🫡 👏 🙌 Hats off to the manager and staff!!! I visited this location the weekend of September 9th 2024 my parents anniversary date... Each piece of chicken that was placed in my bucket was a piece you could pay for... What I mean, the staff gave me all thighs, breasts and full drumsticks!!! Excellent!!! Thank You!!! Not some broken wings, rotten chicken, deep fried smothered with oil reheated numerous times or burnt then given to you like some other locations I know about... Also that's very inhumane... And this Gerrard Square Mall got my order correct 100 %!!! 💯 Thank You Again!!! Not like the past, my late father used to get angry with me as I would order from locations in Etobicoke for occasions at home where I reside and they usually get the order wrong then my father gets upset at me whenever I get home as it's already packed etc... I believe people pay for their chicken / food so they have a right to be given the best quality and service... Also if you know you wouldn't eat something don't give it to someone else... Nobody isn't a stray that your company can just toss what they want to customers... Please take training and a good example from this location please the rest of KFC's I know about and hoping you can improve your standards ASAP 👍 P.S. Also do not look if it's a woman, man, skinny, large, black, brown, mixed, asian, white, blue, purple, rainbow, etc person you are serving... Everyone should be given "Equality and Fairness" as Canada believes in and America for "Equal Opportunity" Thank...

Of all the KFC locations as listed by Google Maps, only this location ranks 3.8 out of 5. The average seems to be 3.2 with some dipping as low as 2.0.

I like KFC as I've had it all my life growing up in T.O. But these franchise locations each have a new spin on company policy by dolling out subpar foods they dare call edible. This location served me and a few others pink chicken and claimed a little pink is Okay. PINK is NOT OKAY on any white meat. Then they constantly run out of staples like even the buckets and napkins. But never run out of Ketchup...

Why have menus listing buckets of chicken if all they're going to do is put them in those 2-piece and 3-piece boxes. I read a review where they gave a bucket of popcorn chicken to someone in a 2-piece box and called it the same volume. The two are not the same volume in size and thus should not be charged the same price.

KFC corporate should take a long look at Google reviews and maybe they'll notice roughly the same reviews across them all. Inconsistent food quality, quantity, poorly trained and rude staff and dirty premises are the main points on...

So i went at 2:30 pm march 7 . After being closed for renovations. This location must have new owners. At the time i placed my order there was two skp the dish delivery guys waiting for their orders . Then i ordered a popcorn chicken combo. Paid $ 9.59. What a rip off. The employees had fries sitting in the bin with fresh fries cooking. I was appalled but what i seen. He was mixing old fries with new fries. Clearly they need a coarse in food.safety Then he was going to serve me the popcorn chicken that was there and was going to mix the old with new. Clearly no knowlegde of food safety or contamination knowledge of food. I think kfc head office should step in. The service sucked. Wait time sucked and portion size has gotten smaller. Will never go back. Its sad cause i work in the mall and well tell all...
