Came here for a date night on a Friday night and it was a nice cozy little spot.

Service: Our server was great and the service was excellent.

Atmosphere: It's pretty cool to see all the decor and the different food related items you can purchase here. At least now I know where to get my chillies from 😊.

Food:

Hubs and I shared the dishes.

Fish taco: Yummy, flavourful. He's a big seafood fan and enjoyed this one.

Beef taco: Unfortunately, they were out of brisket so we got the regular beef which was still delicious and worth the price.

The quesabirria: 3 petit birria quesadillas. We loved this one especially for the flavourful birria and the cheese inside. So hearty and warm with so much flavour.

We loved that you could pick what salsas and condiments you wanted, all of them were really tasty.

We had a great time and would come back both for the food...

I came here on Taco Tuesday and boiii the Carnita Taco is soooo soooo good! Their sauce station is 100/10 authentic! I recommend dine-in because they give you free refill on Nacho chip to dip with sauce 😳 also their tamales is very authentic and yummy too! Atmosphere here make you feel like you’re in a local Mexican restaurant where the CUSTOMERS dancing and vibing to the music 🕺💃I swear that the restaurant sooo worth it! Their dessert the TRIPLE MILK sponge cake (pastel 3 leches) is most mind-blowing dessert I’ve ever had in a while 😘🍰 the service is amazinggg ! The food is as close to proper authentic Mexican food as I have gotten since 2015. Regardless of price, they have their flavours spot on! The music sets the scene well and the general ambience of a store that feeds you food also has a better resemblance to an authentic Mexican experience when compared to some restaurant. Pick your own food, but so far I have not gone wrong in 3 visits here. Would highly recommend. For further improvement, I which they had home made Oaxacan hortchato de coco.
