Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Second time at this location, the 1st time was the puff's, they are tasty. The 2nd time was the deep dish, which was bland and very disappointing. I have to prepare my stomach with lactose intolerance pills to digest the lactose in the cheese, also I'm on a restricted income and everything is expensive, so it's a big deal to get a treat like pizza. Unfortunately I had a terrible reaction to something in the pizza, which caused acid reflux and allergic symptoms, stopped breathing, I had to go to the hospital, unfortunately my stomach is still sensitive from the trauma.

I don't know if it is this location or a coincidence that I ate pizza and this happened, but it's enough to stop me from returning and I am extremely cautious now when buying food prepared by others.

I also worked in the food service, I'm aware of food safety and the severity when safety is not followed...

I would give it 3 or 4 but i feel they did not want to make this pizza. Ever order a pizza and not one slice is equal to the other. Its supposed to be cut in 8ths but i question the skills of the person that decided to cook this and cut it. The toppings were not equally spread out. At least 3 slices had no toppings on it. Smh im just literally in shock. If you want to go home then you should. And little ceasars. The least you can do is hire ppl that actually want to make the food and will do so properly!!! I just want to add the one slice that was missing was the biggest slice! Why is there a slice 5X bigger than the rest? It doesn’t...

I asked for a receipt and was given the credit card receipt only. I asked for my itemized receipt and she said no, "because I might go away and someone might take my pizza". How idiotic. I told her I am not going away and I want my receipt. She then gave me my receipt. I bought the lunch special and she tried to charge me extra for the pop. When she brought the pizza out she called me MAAM which makes me want to vomit. Then she said "You don't want a bag?". Why yes, I did want a bag. I don't know why she would...
