The lady who was making my sub stopped while making it and went to the cash register and dealt with a customer and gave him cash back. Then, she started making my sub again. I said, "Please stop, I didn't see u change ur gloves. She said she did and gestured that there were gloves under the counter where the toppings were. I have never seen this before. They always got their gloves from the wall. I asked to speak to the manager or store owner because of an issue from a previous visit. She told me they don't have a contact number. I asked what happens if there is a bad situation, a fire, etc. Who do u call and notify. She then went in the back after 10 minutes she brought out another young lady. This young lady I left my contact info with and asked her to please forward this to the manager or store owner a week before. I asked if she did, and she replied yes. It's been a week. This is why I asked for their contact info because I have not heard from anyone yet. I left my info again with them. It's been a couple of months now. I still have not heard from anyone. This is my local store that I have been supporting for 10 yrs. For the past couple months I drive 2 km to another store as I won't support them until someone contacts me and corrects my w previous orders that I ordered online and were missing one sub and drinks. After this visit, the next day, I woke up not feeling well. Didn't want to eat, felt very tired. I stayed home. Didn't eat anything that day. The second day felt very ill. I'm in bed all day, i couldn't eat anything again. Third day, very, very, very sick. Never felt this bad ever. I texted positive for covid. I feel very confident that when she dealt with the other customer in the middle of making my sub and handled money is how I caught covid. I was off work the day before going there and did not go anywhere that day. The day I got my sub from them is the only place I went to that day. Straight there and back home. I didn't leave home again for 2 weeks as I was so...
Read moreI'll start this by saying I've been coming here since the week they opened many years ago and I've known Love (the owner) during this time.
The past couple years it's clear that the store is taking cost cutting measures at the expense of the customer. Sandwiches do not have the amount of meat advertised or what you would receive at other locations. Footlongs do not come with 3 slices of any meat, you sure as heck don't put 1.5 slices on the equivalent 6". And I've ordered the same sandwich at other locations and received the proper amount of meat. You also conveniently never have other cheeses in stock and asking for shredded is a mistake as you'll get a pittance amount. I'll order 2 subs and get 1 napkin.
These may seem like minor complaints but it all adds up. I've given the store multiple second chances, been served by different employees and the same thing happens every visit. I have yet to get the sub I've paid for, for at least 2 years, and it should not be the customers responsibility to speak up.
Love, you may be saving a dime here and there doing this but your customers notice these things and do not want to return. They visit other locations, they know what their sandwich of choice consists of. If you want to maximize profit, give the customers what they pay for and they will reward you by returning to your business.
I've gone out of my way to avoid your store as I know I'm about to get 85% of the sub I pay for. I know you're capable of running a sound business, you've done it for many years. It's time to give the customers what...
Read moreThis Subway is not that bad. Though, for me, it depends which employee you get to serve and make your sandwhich.
Usually, I go here sometimes in the morning, since I need something healthy and I do enjoy Subway, since "Eat Fresh"! Now there was one time where I went here to get a sandwich, I ordered myself an Italian BMT, and the employee that was serving me that time, was great. Very kind, and wasn't cheap with the veggies and the meat! I asked for some Guacamole, and there was no problem, she grabbed the Guacamole and put it like a sauce. Then at checkout, I asked for a cookie to come with it, but she forgot, then she gave me two cookies! Very nice person!
Now the other day, about 3 or 4 days after that, I went here, about the same time, but different employee... Not the nicest that much, I ordered myself the same sandwich, was the Italian BMT, but she was really cheap and light with the Meat and Veggies... I didn't like that all. Then when it came to my favorite part; the guacamole, she said that it cost "one dollar" for a scoop of Guacamole... I was just a little bit mad and irritated about that, since I've already put the veggies on the sandwich, so how was she going to spread it out..? Well, she couldn't... So my sandwich didn't have guacamole spreaded out evenly...
So honestly, it depends what employee you get to serve your sandwhich. Some are kind, some are a little bit not... Some are not cheap with the...
