May 30, 2025 We have been at this Liuyishou location regularly and it is still my favourite hotpot place. Food quality has not changed still top grade. Great compliments bar with starter apps and fruits as well. A recent appetizer is their marinated spicy crayfish, pretty tasty! The snakehead fish fillet is delicious if you like fish. Beef and lamb slices are well marbleized. Also try the crown daisies has some distinct flavours. It is an acquired taste. The hand pulled noodles pairs very well with the broth at the end of the meal. Finally the taro and vanilla ice cream great way to top off your meal! The service is excellent, servers are great at explaining and quite detailed. We had everything we needed throughout our meal literally the empty/used dishes disappeared. It has just the right energy for a casual meal with family or friends. Definitely a place to try and come back for more!!

June 21, 2024 We came for dinner twice in the past week and both times it was consistent - exceeded our expectations! I believe their food quality is a bit better than the great rating from the past. There were many more choices for appetizers and fruits on the condiments table. What really surpassed my expectations is the service - both table and food service. Used plates were constantly taken away, de-cluttering our table. Food arrived quickly. Everything was replenished when needed. Staff all had provided excellent service. Definitely a hotpot restaurant I would heartily recommend! Enjoy.

February 7, 2023 We’ve visited to this Liuyishou location many times past and present. The food quality has always been good. The variety of condiments is plentiful. Service is between 3-4. They are glad to make things right when something goes amiss- food timing, confused order on them or client. I do like their condiments & appetizer table where there are daily cold appetizers. Mar 2023 Last time we ordered takeout, this time we finally got to enjoy a dine-in hot pot meal at Liuyishou. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. It's my mom's birthday, so they made a "beef cake" and sang birthday song for her. Even behind masks, you can tell they're smiling genuinely. Beside great food and service, we felt we're well taken care of. I'm impressed by how well trained the staff are. It's really not easy to work under pressure and still manage to keep the energy up and be pleasant to their customers. I highly recommend Liuyishou for your next birthday (or any) celebration.

I had compared a few hot pot places nearby before I made the decision. Liuyishou has the best price with the most comprehensive selection of items included. We only need to add a few extra from our fridge then it's perfect. The packing is good and secured. The big paper bag is a plus. They are easy to carry, especially when I had to take it home by myself. The portion is good. Just about right for 2 people.
