My friends had been here before and recommended it; was looking forward to a good late night meal but ended up leaving quite disappointed.

Overall, food was a 3.5/5 but the service was just horrible.

We asked for a table of six and one of the waitstaff brought us to sit down at a table that could only seat 4 people? I reminded the waitstaff that we were 6 people, incase they misheard and just points at the table for 4 to seat us... Another waitstaff noticed that at least and moved one more table to our side so we could actually have room for 6 people.. They weren't busy and yet we barely got attention; they didn't even serve us water even after we had placed our order, we had to ask for it.

Throughout our meal they never checked up on how we were doing; waitstaff would walk by and not even refill water or anything for us, we had to keep continually ask for it when needed. Only time you can consider them checking up is when they came to ask if we wanted to order anything else, because the kitchen was closing soon.

Best part is that they close at midnight but the waitstaff came with the bill on hand at 11:30 after confirming we didn't order anymore and asked us to pay it ahead (we hadn't even finished our food yet). The bill also had gratuity included already; but it was quite upsetting that they tried to sneak it past us and didn't mention it when giving us the bill. When we noticed it was already included and notified the rest of our group ourselves the waitstaff decides to speak up and say "yes everything is included already" 😒 the service we received was not worth the gratuity we had to pay.

I want to hope we were just unlucky, but I would not recommend this place and most likely will not come back here...

Came here tonight

Was not super impressed.

Waited at least 20 minutes for wait staff to come to our table, even to get drinks. Was told by our waiter that we could get free drinks if we post a Google review. Sounded fine. My friend did and was given two cans of a carbonated milk beverage. None of us enjoyed it and we're under the assumption we might get like a can of soda or something.

The menu was hard to decipher as well. No amounts for how many skewers a order came with were not given. Had to ask the server for how many each order came with. (most come with 4 but some which were not specified came with 2)

Ordered the spicy incense bowl. The dish was hot but also had a spice that I have not experienced before made your tongue and mouth numb and tingling sensation. Was told it was a "peppercorn". It wasn't a nice experience for me. Did not end up finishing the dish and threw it out.

Skewers were ok. Came lukewarm and just shoved on a plate with all of them. We ordered at least 4 different sets of skewers and couldn't figure out which was which. Ordered all meat skewers.

Was also surprised when I ordered herbal tea and was given a can of super sweet iced green tea. Asked if they had hot tea like I wanted and they did not. Haven't encountered any asian restaurant that dosnt have hot tea of some sort. Was disappointed. My friends rice was enjoyable. Was the best part of the meal overall.

Overall not too impressed by this place. Was not what I expected and quite frankly disappointing. Not planning...
