Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Horrible/avoid, this is hands down the worst Tim Hortons that I have even been to. They are not friendly to customers, there is always a long line up while 2+ people are making one coffee. They are unsanitary, when they make a sandwich they put on gloves but then take the next oder and take money and touch everything then continue to make the sandwich with the same gloves on. They 8/10 get the order wrong. Alot of them can't speak or read English. So they just stand there and make fun of customers in a different language. I started using the app for Tim Hortons to try and avoid the line. I've order when I was 5, 10, 15 and even 20 minutes away from that Tim Hortons and paid as well and by the time I got there they didn't even start making it and their excuses is they didn't get the order but I see the order receipt right in front of them on the counter. Also when I get the order it is wrong because they can't read English. Overall I would avoid this Tim Hortons but if you have to go in make sure that you go in and get something simple like coffee and don't...

I went to the 2291 islington ave at 8am store today (11th May) and i was totally upset with the service. I made my order and told them that i wanted to check the balance on my Tim card since there isnt an option to do it online. The card was intended to be given as a gift so i wanted to ensure i am giving the right card as the gift.

So 1st one staff told swipe the card and just walked off. I wasnt able to check the balance then so another lady who was standing just next to the 1st one, came and told me swipe the card and she took the payment from it.

When i told her, that i wanted to check the balance, her reply was i dint know you wanted to check the balance and the way she responded was so rude and had no basic courtesy to apologise too.

I have to now buy another gift card since this card was used because of an error from the staff.

Inside esso gas station. Don't have the full menu but convenient for grabbing a coffee or tea and a quick bite such as a bagel, cookie, muffin ,donut, croissant. Sometimes the hot chocolate machine is down but I guess it happens here and there at all locations. Sometimes the items aren't made right for example if they have a special I've had it made with wrong ingredients rather than just not offering it on the menu.
