Mansafji offers a unique taste of Arabia’s signature cuisine dishes. When tasting the food, you instantly could tell the effort put in by the chef. Hence, the taste is wonderful. The ingredients are authentic and the quantity matches the quality. In other words, Value-wise the prices are budget friendly; you’re being offered a meal that can last you. For best experience, come really hungry; fast before hand if you could. Also exercise and come to Mansafji to reward yourself. The meal is hardcore!

So last night I happened to visit Mansafji around 9pm. Came to visit this spot based on an Instagram video that said it served the best authentic Jordanian food. It took me by surprise how the person behaved. So I asked him what was his suggestion for somebody trying their menu for the first time? He told me that he was closing the shop and all the items were finished. I was surprised looking at the time then but right after I left the place, he served a couple with more food. Should the owners be worried about this person's racist behavior as to I still didn't understand why he said no to me in the first place. Mansafji a huge disappointment to a person who traveled all the way just to try your food. I suggest you keep your employees happy so they serve the customers...

Ordered a falafel plate today and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The only decent thing on the plate was the rice — everything else was overwhelmed by salt. I’ve never had falafels or salad this salty before; it was barely edible.

To make it worse, despite being the only customer there, the lady took nearly twenty minutes to prepare my order. And even then, she forgot to include the garlic sauce — something that should be standard with a falafel plate. I had to ask for it separately.

It’s basic to expect sauces with your order, and it’s baffling that it was even overlooked. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for proper Middle...

It’s ok if the food tastes new to you. It’s authentic; you’ll get used to it, I’m sure, and you’ll love it, I’m pretty sure! Don’t forget to try their Kunafa after the meal (leave room in your belly)! It’s darn delicious! A couple of suggestions for improvement: less grease perhaps (although soooo yummy!), and the mahshi (makshi) dish should be cooked more thoroughly in my humble opinion. Last time, the zucchinis told me they preferred to get more squishy :)

Follow @bredgyeats on IG for more food posts! I didn't know what Mansaf was either, but when I found out it was lamb shank and rice, I was immediately on board. Slow cooked to a very tender, meaty texture that shreds apart with a dainty plastic fork, whereas the juicy fat within melts in your mouth. The fluffy turmeric rice has a subtle, fatty, buttery aroma and is paired with thin saj bread that soaks up the remaining juices and adds a subtly chewy mouthfeel. Finally, adding that final touch of seasoning is a tangy and caprine sauce made from dried goat's milk, that doubles down on the gamey taste of lamb.

Oh man!! The Mansafji located inside a container style outdoor food court at Parliament and Queen is amazing place to visit to put out your hunger !!! Just had their Chicken Fatteh! This was one of the best I had in recent memory. They have all kinds of other food on the menu and if they are as good as the chicken fatteh I had then this is a must visit place. I had something else from another stall in the food court and even though I was full I almost the big bowl they gave me for my order. Need to return to this place soon
