My daughter ordered online 2 big macs , 1 rootbeer and 1 coke and of course paid it as well online, there’s a free snack size mc flurry, as usual we’re always picking up our online order thru drive thrujustgiving the online ordercode, first the one whose getting order couldn’t find the code i had given and advise me to go to the first window (payment window) i gave the online code and the person there found the order as well as the name who ordered it and adv me to go to pick up window(2nd window) the lady gave me the mcflurry and i was still waiting for the actual orders, big macs and drinks. The 2 customer service reps asked me what else, i told them ( an indian lady and a white one) i had orders 2 big macs and 2 drinks, they said there is no other orders and asked me to move now as i was blocking the next customers, i told them what about my orders; the indian lady said there are no other orders, even i gave her again the code and my daughter who ordered it online also on the speaker phone, i asked them can you talk to the person on the first window as she found our orders but the indian lady said can you just move or come inside as you’re blocking the next customer and she said next time orderedit yourself. I was so mad with the rudeness of that rep, where is her customer service training? very rude and no manners at all, i forgot to ask her name but she should be reprimanded or remove from her post as she doesn’t have the customer service attitude, she forgot that she is representing McDonald company. For a manager of this store, i hope you can talk to that person on the pick up window (Indian lady) the scenario happened around 8 pm today. We ended up cancelling allthe orders and i just went to A&W, where there are better people with good customer service attitude. This is already the 2nd time happened to us that couldn’t find the online order, but the first one found as well when we went to the first window and it was OK. Read moreOthers Beware! At this location the drive thru experiences I've encounteted: Posted notice on intercom stating cash only. I did not have cash on hand at the time so proceeded to the window. The person ahead used the debit machine so when getting to the window I had asked about if the debit machine worked. The morning manager said NO! CASH ONLY! but the other worker said yes it is. It was working. twice they forgot to deliver my food when asked to park to wait. Had to go in to sort it out. once they gave my food to another car so had to go in and sort it out one more. from this location I was given a hash brown that was so overcooked it was like a piece of wood. Inedible. they constantly ask you to repeat your order and still get it wrong. How does medium black sound like small decafe. The manager sandwiches napkins between their headphone and their ear so they don't get someone else's germs, obviously they can't hear correctly. at 5:30 am the store should not have food garbage on the tables and floor. was given a double double so I went in to have it exchanged for a black coffee. The manager argued with me that I had ordered the double double. I have been drinking black coffee for decades. Milk/Sugar never goes in my coffee. I've pulled up to the intercom and waited to be served. Another car will pull up after I've been waiting for a minute and they'll get served and I'll still be sitting waiting for someone to respond. Not to pull out the race card...but I can't be the only person who has been treated with racism by Filipinos at almost every McDonald's I've been to. The Filipino staff will bend over backwards to cater to the needs of customers who belong to the fairer race of Caucasians, but any other colour in the rainbow gets treated like scum or some low class citizen.
To be specific, when I placed my order for a combo, to have tomatoes on the sandwich and unsalted French fries, I was more than unpleasantly surprised to find salt on my French fries. Now, the issue here was not that the fries were salted just once, but when I asked to have these made again, they botched up the order not twice but three times! Yes, three times! Because apparently it is rocket science to withhold salt from French fries at McDonald's!
Beyond this action, the Supervisor Louie, came out to speak with me, and decided to patronize me and insult my intelligence by attempting to school me on their cooking practices, while at the same time, speaking in their language, not English nor French, but Tagalog, and chuckling in my face. This was all the while they were supposedly making a new batch of fries, without salt, even though I could clearly see him incorrectly cooking the fries. After which this Supervisor decided to patronize me further by feigning ignorance and kindness to simply have me go away.
