Have been going to this McDonald’s since 1989. I usually go here as the McDonald’s at Bamburgh circle is a crime scene for food. I have NEVER seen a manager beg to be reprimanded like the one on shift right now. I ordered hot cakes and sausage from the manager it turns out. I knew something was not right when I walked in and the person behind the cash walked away and the manager turned her back on me. When she finally acknowledged my presence I waited for her to greet me. No greeting so I waited for her to speak. I ordered asked for jam and butter and left and drove all the way home. When I got home to eat my Sunday dinner, guess what? No sausage in the order of hot cakes and sausage. I packed up the meal and drove all the way back. I asked to speak to manager and yes she was the one who took the order to begin with. She asked “what’s the problem “? I said “read the order and check the bag” She then walked away and said “sorry “ under her voice. I asked her who is going to pay for my gas and inconvenience. She replied “I said sorry already “ I then asked that the hot cakes be hot cakes and NOT cold cakes. I heard her telling staff “ I wasn’t on the floor when the order came out” I then asked why this happened and she said same to me, “I wasn’t on floor when order came out” I advised her I would be writing this review to which she responded by staring at me. When I got home again, guess what, I had hard cakes and the coup de grah ……..wait for it ………no fork. Watch the video and see how hot cakes cannot be cut with a wooden fork. From the time entered store , the kitchen staff was laughing like a great day to be irresponsible and ruin The McDonald’s brand. This franchise WILL die by its owners poor choices and incredibly bad management. Would give negative scores if available. I am hungry at home without breakfast that can be consumed and I am out gas, time, convenience. Eat here if you like dog food and dumb service. Just imagine going out for a $5 breakfast and they screw up the order. No mitigation for my gas, wasted time, and still hungry. If evil 😈 were an establishment, this is the place to go to find it. Contd visit today for breakfast. Gave coupons $5.79 extra value meal mcgriddle. Incorrect billing, charged for medium drink coffee. Had to process refund. Got home, no mcgriddle but a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Can't go any lower than 1* on Google unfortunately. Don't trust anything they do. Check your order and bill folks. Careless unaccountable. Read moreWent in early in the morning around 8:40AM May 2/2022. When I went in there were a few people waiting for their orders but they were cleared out quickly. I was the only person waiting in line to have my order taken (I did not use the kiosk) as I wanted something that the kiosk didn't give the option for at this point there was probably 2 people standing in the area waiting for their order and it was coming up to almost 5 minutes of me waiting which is noooo problem had I been acknowledged. So I can only assume this lady was a manager as she was wearing different uniform that looked like a management uniform. Me and this lady made eye contact a few times none of the times did she acknowledge I needed help or said good morning even as there were no more patrons waiting. Instead she turned her back on me and started doing busy work and fiddling around. Finally after almost 10 minutes of being the only guest in line waiting to be served, someone finally takes my order (1 large black coffee with milk& cream on the side + double espresso on side which was only a single when I looked) The same lady who did not acknowledge me calls out 260 I did not think it was me since I just ordered but it was me and I walk up she proceeds to look away so I tell her im 260 she then asks if i need milk & cream which when I ordered I said I did on the side (kiosk did not provide that option) I tell her yes she then walks away for another few minutes to get the milk and cream still being the ONLY person waiting for their order I now see her filling and preparing HASHBROWNS (only to walk back minutes later to grab milk and cream from right behind her)... I was not pleased I get you have work to do but come on I was feeling pretty unsatisfied and neglected as a customer already from being ignored and the wait time, she then proceeds to come back after doing MORE busy work only to realize the lady who took my order had put milk and cream right next to my coffee.. she then says ''oh it was right here'' and walks away again to grab what i realized was my espresso she then comes back over and shoves the espresso on the counter WITHOUT MY COFFEE... so now I ask ''excuse me my coffee'' and she looks at me confused and dazed. I went to wendys for their breakfast at victoria park and sheppard just up the street from this location the line was out the door and I was still served with FRIENDLY, FAST SERVICE. The Filipino lady, idk if it's the team leader or manager or someone, I told her is my food ready yet, she said I have to wait IN A RUDE MANNER. TELLING ME I HAVE AN ATTUDITUDE. SHE WAS ALSO BEING RACIST. TREATING ME AS IF I GOT FREE FOOD EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID FOR IT. ONLY SMILING AT WHITE PEOPLE AND NOT OTHERS. It not just me, no no, my kids too, they had similar experience. First my son had waited for more than 10 minutes for breakfast. And you know what, he ordered three donoughtsnut. Did he get them. NO! Then my daughter. First she ordered 3 sandwiches with 1 combo. She didn't get the fries she got. The medium ones. Then came an Uber order before that. She was getting lunch for my younger sons as they had to go to school. She apparently got one sandwich that had something my son can not eat. SHe called the manager, and they said never got an order for 4 griddles! She tried talking to the manager, only to be told to get out of line.
