I know that managers dont take reviews seriously. sometimes they also make mistake hiring wrong people who shamelessly insult the whole customer service concept at work. yesterday night, 17th of april, 2017 around 11:15pm the cashier girl shamelessly showed her incapability of overcoming serious regrets. she took my order and didnt save it which made me wait for my food for half an hour. i told the other girl that I am waiting for my food for half an hour and 9 people who ordered their food after me got their food and some even finished eating and still I was waiting. The other girl who was very nice let that stupid cashier girl know about this thing. i didnt mind this thing. it happens. but I didnt like the reaction of that stupid girl. Instead of apologizing, she started smirking and kept it on until I left. this isnt funny at all. this is unacceptable. you cant take pleasure in somebody else's unhappiness or misfortune. she even didnt stop smirking when i told her this. After that, now look at the height of haughty attitude, a complete arrogance, she said sorry (without eye contact) in the end keeping that irritating smirk on her ugly face. she looked like a kid and MANAGERS shouldnt hire these type of kids if they really want to build a successful team. Mr. manager, I dont know what action you are going to take but you should really teach these little stupid kids some manners. we dont depend upon you, you depend upon us. just keep in mind that you dont do any favour serving your customers. I will not say I am not going there again. I will go there again. I dont wanna blame the whole team because of some manner-less stupid team member. First of all one of their Chinese woman employee made my coffee with too much sugar in it then I had to drive back so I was frustrated then the guy was serving the coffee in a small cup instead of medium size cup as requested then gives me two cups one empty another with coffee so I asked him to give me the coffee in the right size cup according to how I took it before then that brown guy told me put ur attitude off ! Then I said repeat what you said the repeated! And handed over the coffee with a hatred face and says it’s just one dollar order u placed! Then I called the manager he was apologizing and that guy was making faces behind him ! This manager definitely gave him the job because of referrals otherwise someone like him who doesn’t know how to serve in Canada can never be eligible to get hired in this kind of jobs ! They are unprofessional, unfriendly and uncooperative. Even when the police tried to talk to them yesterday over the phone, they said there's no store manager to talk to. Today I caught a hold of the store manager Ronnie, she was so rude and impatient, and cut me off a dozen of times over the phone. But she said this 24-hour store always has a manager in store!!! During the conversation, I told her that her staff needs training, as nobody cared and reported that the police called and request the video footage. Ronnie, she said she WONT CHECK THE FINGERPRINT ON THE PHONE to find out who answered the phone!!! And she said she had no time for me and hang up. Does it sound like a McDonald's store manager? And Ronnie you don't have time for your store customer? I spent money in your store, my car was hit on your property, and I am just kindly asking for your cooperation with the police, and Ronnie you are Soooooo RUDE???!!!
