The place was busy at about 1040am. Which is fine. The line was long so I decided to use the machine. 2 were out of order and it wouldn't accept my coupon. By the time I gave up the line had shortened. The cashier messed up on the person ahead of me and so it held up the line (it happens) then I placed my order. Well I stood there for 20 minutes waiting. I was 201... We got to 210. I was simply Thinking it was just busy. The manager finally comes with my order and says that the back thought it was a duplicate since it was the exact same thing as the order before mine. I was too hungry to argue. The service was horrible. The place is clean, however they only had one person on cash despite the long line up. It was to the point I didn't even bother asking about a coupon I got in my e-mail because I knew the girl at the cash wouldn't even know what to do. This isn't the first time I have had bad experiences at this McDonald's (last time they completely messed up my order) but unfortunately it's the closest one to my home. I've only found reason to write a review at this point. Staff flat out disregarding an order because it was the same as the previous one is understandable and yet not acceptable. Someone should have asked and not assumed. I'm very disappointed in the staff there and the management although they were doing there best it just was very disorganized with the amount of patrons at the restaurent. Read moreHad a long day and decided to go through this McDonald's drive-thru to take some food home. My order was simple... Big Mac with extra pickles on the side and a small fry. I repeat my order at the drive-thru speaker and get confirmation to move to the first window to pay.. I get to the first window to pay for my order. Gentleman repeats my order doesn't mention the extra pickles, So I reiterate that and we correct it there. I get to the second final window When she hands me the bag and I check inside, ..of course there's no extra pickles. So I call her back to the window And politely told her it would be my third time asking for pickles. ,so she went to get them. While I'm waiting I look back in the bag again and there's my small fries can't even see anything past the top of the bag level. They gave me an extra small fry. when she came back to give me my pickles I'd asked for a proper small fry ,again, I was polite.. apparently that bothered her judging by her body language as she walked away without saying a word to retrieve another small fry. Passed it to me and shut the window. Wow. Ok. Then I get home to eat my meal and the fries were visibly white, soggy and undercooked. So disappointed in the quality and service at this location. Read moreI registered in Parachute on April 12. At first, I could not spend five modules with the very weak and controversial App system. I called more than 20 times for five numbers of Parachute out of 12. It is on voicemail and no one answers the call. I still went to their office. Their office was closed at 4:00 pm. Finally, I got hundreds of problems and called another department that was testing. I got them to set up five modules by themselves and I watched and participated in the exam every time. The application was very weak and unable to participate in the exam, and the second time I participated in the exam, in the second part of the exam, they said it was cut off again, and I called the exam department, they told me the third time. You register in the exam. I registered for the third time and the exam started. I entered the app with my mobile phone, during the exam it said that you can't use a mobile phone to link in and take the exam. I have been out of work for a month because of the Uber certificate. They don't pay my money and they don't guide me in the exam, it's just an option to complain to Hayman, who said his heartache here, and whoever is in charge of Parachute should know that the employees who earn a living to provide services and also the customer service department definitely don't provide services to customers.
