This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Their drive through is extremely frustrating. No matter what if your food is 30 seconds from being ready they will pull you through and tell you they will bring it out to you. They tried to pull this on me when nobody was in the drive though! I said no I will wait because there are NO CARS behind me. I was given my food in literally 10 seconds. Seriously! The guy just chuckled because the workers know how stupid it is. It's the owner wanting to get good scores or whatever on how fast they can get a vehicle through the drive though. McDonald's headquarters might see yeah you're "serving" them quickly but the truth is it's just hurting you guys because EVERYONE hates it and knows the game. I purposely go to other McDonald's because this McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. They tell you you're getting pulled through because they're waiting on fresh food. It's a lie it has nothing to do with fresh food. I've been through this spiel quite a few times and your "fresh food" is usually moderately warm at best. Just get your * together and give people their food at the window like a normal McDonald's. Pull through the orders that actually need to be pulled through. Read moreOn Sunday, June 29,afternoon, I went through the drive-thru at this location with my kids. We ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and a Teriyaki burger combo, all with iced tea and no ice. When we got home and tried the drinks, we were shocked to find that all the iced teas were mostly filled with water and only a small amount of tea- apparently because we asked for no ice. It was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest, like we were being punished for simply not wanting ice. The young woman at the window was very polite and friendly, which we appreciated at first. But after tasting the drinks, we started to understand why she was so cheerful about the "no ice." We did not drive back because we had already reached home and had kids with us, but we felt it was important to share this experience publicly. To the staff: What you did might have seemed funny in the moment, but eventually, you will realize that treating customers this way will hurt your business and your reputation. To the owner and management: Please be aware that this is happening in your restaurant. People deserve what they pay for, and this kind of practice is unacceptable. Read moreI wish I could give 0 for the service of this location. I had a really awful experience with them due to the technical issue. I placed order for two ice coffee on June 20th on their App, I click " I am already there" and " Drive thru" when I there. And when I pickup the order, they told me to pay again while they have already charge my credit card through the app. Today, the same thing happened again, I showed them the transaction history with the payment peding status( credit card usually take several days to posted), they still insist they did not receive any payment for my order. I strongly believe this is the technical issue on behalf of them, but they insist that I didn't pay. Even the general manager, her altitude I cannot tolerate. She told me there will be two order numbers for one order, I should give her the order number with four numbers instead of two Uppercase letters with two numbers. I feel I am cheated by McDonald's, if you cannot afford to send client offer is totally fine for us, but if you use this way to cheat, this is cannot tolerate at all!!!
