Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

Absolutely obsessed with the young, polite and professional African american gentleman that works at this location. I've been coming to this location for a while now, simply because his customer service is phenomenal. I have dietary restrictions that unfortunetly make my order a bit complicated, and never once has he seemed judgy. He often jokes with me rather than at the expense of me.

I've worked customer service for many, many years. I know how hard it is. Despite the frustrations that come with this job, he has NEVER showed any sort of discomfort, or aggravation or frustration toward his job (which I can't even pretend like the industry hasn't gotten the best of me before.)

We Got here for the May 5th,2023 deal on small burrito. There were 2 women in the afternoon 2pm Friday time. The younger one very rude and insulting and was rushing us , not paying attention to what we were asking and the older woman was rushing us to billing. I get it , when you have a big line of customers waiting , but when we walked in the store had just 1 other gentleman who’s order had wrapped up . I dont get why this younger woman was rushing us , and demonstrating poor customer service ? Note to the Owner please train ur employees to do their job well. Ive worked in food myself , its tough i get, but bad attitude is unacceptable. We were also trying to scan to register for rewards and no guidance provided whatsoever. If these employees claim that there were too many people in the store , that’s false.I am strongly considering not visiting this...

I've just had the Mayan Mango Chorizo Burrito and I love it! The flavours are so delicious together. Great job creating these amazing new menu items. I'm going to have to come back to try the other ones. You're my new favorite Mexican joint.

Mucho Burrito is a great spot if you're in a hurry, and you want a taste of Mexican food. It's tasty and the serving sizes are huge. I like eating here. The only thing is, I've been to California and have tried a lot of fast food Mexican restaurants. I'm used to having almost a whole avocado, sliced up in my meal. I know some people prefer guacamole smooth, as well as salsa, but I'm not one of those. I prefer crisp, not soggy.
