WORST LOCATION EVER!! I understand that everyone is new there but I don’t think that 25 minutes of waiting is acceptable for a single drink considering the fact that it’s not busy at that time. I ordered on the app and they never confirmed it! I wasn’t notified or anything at all. I have to follow up after 15 minutes and place my order to the staff. Patiently waited for another 10 minutes for my drink while listening to another costumer following up on his order as well. Poor costumer service! The drink was made after 5-6 minutes and was just sitting there on the table (no explanation from them!) I have been ordering chocolate malt for more than a year now and never heard of an excuse that they have to wait for the chocolate malt powder to settle down!! I can’t wait any longer and demanded for them to just seal the drink coz I need to go. They hesitated to give it so I insisted AGAIN! I told them to just give it to me without the seal, they look at each other then finally sealed it when they realized that the guy beside me is also complaining now....

I love the fruit teas, as well as the milk teas. I've tried the passion fruit tea and The brown sugar bubble tea, as they are the perfect caffeine free options in the evening time.

I really do enjoy cha time drinks, especially at this location. I love how there are kiosks at the front which make it super convenient to order and customize your drink. I feel like it's an incredible option for someone like me who takes forever to decide which drink they are feeling.

The oat milk lactose free option Is another perk for those with lactose intolerance. A lot of bubble tea places don't have those options, however it is a life saver for a lot of us out there. The employees were very helpful in helping me understand whether a drink has caffeine or how it will be served.

As a former store manager in one of the commonly known, chain bubble tea store, i would totally understand how difficult it is to work in a bubble tea store, and definitely not hoping to leave bad comments for the staffs. However this store’s team leader, I believe her name is Allie, the cashier who’s working on Feb 19,2023 at 5:00pm, was very rude to me as a client, not to mention there’s none “hi” or “thanks”, no eye contact, talked with very impatient tone and even raised her voice rudely when I can’t hear her properly. When the drinks are ready to be served, which I know those drinks are mine and walked towards the counter, she did not even bother calling order number or the name of the drinks, and of course no eye contact too, just left the drinks and straws on the counter and turned away before I get to the counter. This staff has zero customer service and was just being rude to a customer, I’ve never expected any good customer service from a bubble tea store cashier but never encountered...
