Not impressed. Found it very disappointing that spring roll order was 2 tiny pieces or spring rolls that were frozen previously (see photo). Really?? Also very disappointed that the person that was cooking did not wear gloves. He punched in the order and touched terminal yet had no gloves when started cooking. That's not acceptable. Food was okay but can't justify the price. Don't think I will be back.

I don’t know if it’s just this location or all Teriyaki Experience locations, but quality is shot. This was just awful, the beef was not edible, the shrimp tasted awful. There was no flavour at all. The rice was clumpy and appeared to be over cooked. It just tasted as if everything was boiled with no seasoning. The teriyaki sauce did not help one bit. I’m upset I paid almost $25.00 for this meal.

Haven't been since March, but it seems things sure have changed. The noodles are no longer those thin ones they used to have and thanks to COVID, they put the sauces on, not you. My meal had more sauce than I wantes. Think I will wait until COVID is over before returning.

We stopped in there on Saturday afternoon. Now I haven't been at that location since before covid so I had no idea they had added peppers to the vegetables. Just as they were about to put the vegetables on my meal I notice that there was peppers in the mixed vegetables. I have an allergy to peppers which I specified before he had put it on to my food he then proceeded to put it on to my food thus contaminating the whole dish. At that point he started yelling at me in front of everybody in the store that I should have told him before ordering.. Again I reiterate had I known that there was a change to the menu I obviously would have made that stipulation however I didn't know. The owner was relentless and would not stop screaming at me in front of everybody. I have recently exited out of an abusive relationship so that just caused me PTSD that was absolutely needless.. He wouldn't stop yelling in my face. At that point he said that he would remake it but no vegetables however with his behavior the way it was I was not willing to accept it.. Why should I pay for vegetables and not get them especially when you just scolded me as if I'm a child in front of other people it was truly embarrassing and cringeworthy. It was also traumatic and unacceptable. I would say if you would like to eat at teriyaki experience you might want to choose a different location because the owner at this location is a nut job. Also from what I did see it...

By far the worst Teriyaki Experience location. The owner is extremely rude & cheap. I asked him three times to put hot sauce he nodded his head. Then did not put it on. When I asked him again he rudely mentioned to tell him before which I did. His demeanour and attitude is beyond ridiculous for a hospitality business. I am appalled that with all these terrible reviews, Teriyaki Experience has not done anything about such rude location. Not only that the portions for the chicken are non existent. I mentioned I am paying for two meals what is the problem with being so cheap for hot sauce he told me not to come back yelling at the top of his lungs. I have never experienced such a sour experience in a food establishment in my life. Rude, racist, & nasty food. Please avoid at all costs. This incident occurred on Thurs Jun 27th around 7:30. If you as an owner value your clients you would never allow this. I will make sure none of my colleagues come here & I will be sending an email out to Teriyaki...

When it comes to this place the experience one has is quantity over quality. Large portions of food, but quality was lacking, leaving sometging to be desired... The pictures of the food look alot more appetizing than what you actually receive. I had the chicken bento box (with salad, shrimp, california roles, etc). The salad was brown around the edges... the california roles were like rice balls with a few julienne/matchstick carrots thrown in with crab meat/cucumber. They fell apart as soon as i picked them up with the chopsticks....for $16, go to a real asian restaurant to get the real teriyaki experience. I won't be going...
