So, where do I start. I ordered online around 10:40 pm, and proceeded to make my way to pick up. I arrive around 10:50PM, and the door is locked. Both of them. And the open sign is off. Either you hire people who don’t understand what a closing time is, or you need to fix how you operate. I’ll attach photos too, I wasted time, and gas. Never again.

Your store is open until 11pm. I ordered before closing yes. Fact. I have screen shots of my order. And of my time being at the store. Zoom into my car screen, 10:55pm. I went to the door, tried opening. Nothing. As a business owner, you should be leaving doors open until 11pm. Now, I knocked. Waited 2 minutes. There was a gentleman in a red car, whom was outside, presumably the females husband, boyfriend, whomever. And he said to me “we are closed”. I said, well I ordered 2 pizzas. And in my frustrated and upset state, I decided to leave a drop a 1 star review. (0 if I could). As someone who understands how businesses should operate, the fact you take zero accountability in this situations shows to me the lack of your knowledge. I can slam this post ALL over. I’ve given so much business since opening, I’d be glad to report you to the better business bureau for shady and misleading business operations. This entire edited post, could’ve been avoided if you just took some accountability of your staff. Yes they called at 11:10pm. (I have records) I wasn’t going to wait 10+ minutes to maybe be let into the door or not. Grow up. Learn how to handle complaints and issues like an adult. I will be escalating this to head office, you whoever you are, shouldn’t have a business to operate. Read moreI'm so disappointed and sad as my daughters party was ruined since I never received the order I placed for delivery. I made a payment at 6.12pm and at 7.30pm I started calling the store to find out where my order was and the girl who answered the phone said that she will call the driver to confirm where it is and I had to call back in 10min while she is contacting the delivery guy. So I call back the store 10 mins later to find out she didn't have a chance to call and I have to wait again, mind you it's already almost 8pm. Then I call the store once more, hoping for an answer, my kids are starving since they were waiting for pizza night, now the lady says they can't reach the driver and somehow I get to know they process the delivery trough skip the dishes?( I mean I could have ordered through them directly do avoid this untraceable nonsense with pizza and pop that I have never received) and by now in the system my order is already marked as complete?! To enter the building the delivery guy has to buzz in, and hand over the pizza to me? This is how it's been for ages? So while being on the call with the store lady connected me to the manager, who asked me to go and look for my pizza in the building? Nobody called me, pizza was delivered to the wrong place or was eaten by the driver? At this point I'm so beyond frustrated and stressed that I have promised a fun night to my kids, but all they see is me being on the phone with pizza place figuring out how to find my pizza that I paid for+delivery tip. I wish I could rate this place and people in Negative, so I visited the place on Saturday 22nd Dec, around 10:45pm and wanted to place an order but was looking to get recommendation of best sellers but staff was like here is the menu board you can look it out and was in soo rush I don’t know why, then I decided to place order EXTRA LARGE Tandoori Chicken pizza and she asked me to wait for 20 mins was okay after 30 mins I went to confirm if its ready but I guess she forgot to make my pizza and asked to wait again for 20 more mins, finally after waiting 50+ mins and place was not at all busy and the girl gave me a MEDIUM box of pizza and I was like is it mine she was like YES, I was soo frustrated and asked her that didn’t I pay for X-LARGE she was like I guess but this is what you got as we made a mistake and NOW we are OUT OF DOUGH. (ALL OF THIS LAST CONVERSATION SHE WAS SO WITH DON’T care attitude and SWEEPING THE FLOOR)
She never offered me any alternative to this situation didn’t even apologize or asked me about refund, I was soo frustrated and upset that lastly I had to ask for refund if she can please give me even to I paid and got nothing, and was sooo hungry that I had to ask for that medium pizza atleast I get to eat something for which she charged me too.
I GENUINELY REQUEST THE OWNER/ MANAGEMENT TO LOOK INTO THIS CASE, seriously need to train the employees and a request to please get back to me. Atleast I can...
