My partner and I stumbled upon Pazza and I’m so glad we did. It’s a bit of a 90s time capsule in the best way possible: charming, reliable, and full of character. We shared a salad, a wood-fired Roman-style pizza (thin, crisp, with beautifully blistered edges), and a calamari appetizer that was super fresh and tender. We got a tartufo for dessert. We also shared a half-litre of wine, and my partner had a beer. The total, including a 20% tip, came to $115 which is exceptional value for Toronto. The service was attentive, the specials were thoughtful, and the atmosphere was relaxed but welcoming. We didn’t try the pasta this time, but we’re already planning to come back for it. Nice to see families dining in and clearly regulars who’ve been coming for years. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want affordable, well-made Italian in a casual setting.

The wood burning oven pizza is quite amazing, one of the best! The rest of the menu is good too! We did want to try Tiramisu, however they run out of it. We are looking forward to come back and try it next time. We visited in August and it was great to sit outside on a small patio. Although it is facing busy Eglinton Ave it is not that bad, because vehicles have to slow down due to construction. So still very pleasant place to sit outside. We will be back this fall!

When we went to the place we didn't expect a lot but, when we tried the food we realize how wrong we were. The pizza was thin and baked in fresh in firewood oven, the crust was delicious and the vegetables were fresh as well. The dessert tiramisu was very delicious, they topped it with condensed milk which made it really fluffy with the Espresso. We have tried a lot of pizza places in Toronto and this one is definitely in top 5.

A friend recommended we get take out from this restaurant one night. We ordered several pastas, gnocchi, caprese salad and brushetta pizza. 4 of us had not been there before and were really happy with our food. This will be my go to Italian takeout/delivery. Although we picked up this time, they are also on Foodora.

The brushetta was large, crisp and delicious I liked how it was on a pizza crust. It could do without the olives, but the tomatoes were so fresh and tasty.

I didn't try the gnocchi, but both people who had it was really good. It comes in a tomato cream sauce but one of my friends can't have cream and they were able to take it out with no problem. The portion was huge!

I had a mushroom pasta which was really tasty. Again, big portions, lots of flavour and I'm pretty sure it's homemade pasta.

One friend is gluten free and they had gluten free pasta available. My friend enjoyed it.

The caprese salad was just okay. Nice big juicy tomatoes and a decent amount of cheese. However there was a ton of romaine lettuce which I could have...

I came to Pazza about 10 years ago, It was good and still remember the pizza we ordered. Today I went there thinking the good and service was going to be the same, It was the WORST restaurant and service I experienced. I order a pizza which on the menu it states Basil the pizza didn't come with basil #2 the dough was whole wheat it doesn't state the dough is whole wheat. I took it back I told the waitress I don't want whole wheat and why didn't the pizza have basil? She looked into space and went back and brought me another pizza the pizza was still made with whole wheat I told her I did't want it and she took it back. She brought the bill and charge me for the pizza and said there was nothing she could do. I said if the pizza was made with whole wheat and doesn't say what it is on your menu and you didn't explain the menu when taking the order why would i pay??? She said the owner wants you to pay. I paid and told them this is the WORST SERVICE AND FOOD I EXPERIENCED. Here is your money and I will write this whole off my...
