Pi Co. Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

A terrible experience ordering from the St. Clair W Pi Co. tonight. We used the Pi Co. website to order the camden and a veggie pizza. A whopping $52 for two medium pizzas. Nonetheless we were excited. The pizza was delivered by a man on an e-bike. The pizzas were basically delivered on their sides. They were smashed against one side of the box and one of those boxes had the dipping sauce which opened all over the pizza. Check out the pics taken as soon as we opened the boxes. We called St Clair W Pi Co to complain and ask for a refund. The manager told us that WE had to call door dash for the refund. Until then, we had no idea door dash was even involved, nor do we have an account with door dash. We said the store should refund us as we ordered through their site. The manager was rude and took no responsibility. It took multiple phone calls to get the refund. We still tried to eat the mashed up pizzas, only to find it was ice cold. Location is only 10 min from us but apparently it's up to the customer to also heat the pizza. This Pi Co does not respect its customers nor does it provide quality food. Surprisingly not what I thought. First time there went in not long ago. First you come in and the customer service is 0. Non existent. They hate their customers. The pizzas are small. They lack in cleanliness, ovens look dirty like they haven’t been cleaned. They lack in ingredient quality and quantity both. The lettuce looked soggy and wilted. I saw them make a salad and they literally filled it half way and most of the ingredients looked soggy. My Margherita pizza had 1 cheese ball on the entire pizza broken into tiny pieces. When I asked for another one, they told me no they can’t as corporate doesn’t allow them. Dry, plain, and lacking. Basil was extra crispy and dry. Why are they cooking basil? I understand there trying to make it “Italian” but Italian doesn’t put basil in the oven. The Italians also have good customer service and a great attitude and satisfy their customers. Visited this PI CO location for the first time and was I seriously impressed.

When you walk in the door your are greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. As I have a few dietary restrictions, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions about their offerings and guiding me on how to craft my own pizza that suits my requirements while still being tasty.

The options were endless for the toppings and each item was fresh! The whole place was kept extremely clean and the employes were constantly switching their gloves which is a plus for me during these times.

The flavour for the pizza did not disappoint. The crust was crispy and the quality of the sauce was unreal. They also had a "sweet pie" which ended up being on the cherry on top for our dinner as it satisfied my girlfriends sweettooth perfectly.
