Pi Co. Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

The pizza was so good and I loved how many toppings you can put on there if you get a “build your own!” They put an ample amount of each topping which is good, but the place was SO DIRTY! There was sauce and miscellaneous crumbs and toppings all over the tables, chairs, and floors. To give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was because we were there after the lunch rush and they didn’t have time to clean (we were there around 2pm), but it was quite gross having to wipe away the mess before sitting and eating… it was also super hot in there, and I believe we saw that the thermostat was set to 29° and had to be kept like that (according to some note on it). Lastly, we had 2 workers serve us because of our whole family being there. The male worker was super kind and efficient, whereas the female coworker was quite rude and impatient with us. Build your own custom pizza for $15. Choose your crust with gluten free options, pick your sauce and unlimited proteins and cheeses. A large selection of fresh ingredients to choose from. Pizza is put into an oven and done in one minute. Love the chewiness of the crust with a nice blister giving a smokey flavour.

I also ordered a small salad $9. A bit pricey for the size but lots of fresh ingredients to choose from including protein, unlimited cheeses and dressing.

I frequently visit this place during my breaks from work. They offer personalized gourmet pies that are simply the best. I usually keep my order simple with cheese, green olives, banana peppers, and ham toppings. However, you can choose your own toppings as they are plentiful. Also, the dough is incredibly light and fluffy, which makes it even more delicious. The staff is amazing and they are always welcoming and friendly to everyone.
