Pizza 21 — Restaurant in Toronto

This place cheats u. They shortchanged me probably because I was a solo female. That's bad because the person who served me was a woman. So it makes me wonder if she's racist. I looked at her earnestly and she didn't even flinch.

Also, their driver parked in the fire route for at least the 15-20 minutes we were there, blocking the path. The nerve!

I don't think I'll ever return there even though I bought pizza for me and a friend but in all honesty, they're inconsistent for the 2 times I was there -other time paid by credit card. I'd rather give my money to someone else. Shame on you!

Update: They lie too, saying just now in response that after some "research" that I paid by credit card when I didn’t. Really? If I paid by credit card, how could I be short-changed? Nice try. Cheaters never prosper. Neither do liars. And according to the reviews, they're both.

More details: I I cames but after 2 pm I think and paid cash. She got my short-change from the register. After that, I was the only customer there when someone asked to use your bathroom around 230 pm but a man told him it was out of order. There was a young couple after...

I just don’t know what to say , I am extremely disappointed, and is sad that I will never be coming back to this place again , I ordered through uber eats, yes I know we have very bad snow today , order was placed at 6:45 pm , first called I made to The store. Was at 7:25 pm I was told the pizza had left the store , waited till 8:15 pm still no pizza , I called back just for them to put me on hold and then hung up the phone . I kept trying to call then just for the phone to keep ringing , it is now 8:25 I finally had to cancel the order on uber which is not what I wanted to do . Then out of nowhere the place is calling me at 9:15 asking me if I want the order to be delivered like are you guys for real ? I tried to explain what had happened and why I had to cancel the rose just for you to terminate the phone call in the Middle of the conversation. Like how rude can you be ? So much for supporting...

I'll have to agree with Abhishek here in that I was here for the positive reviews but was very disappointed. I could have gotten better pizza at the Dominos down the street with 3.7 stars. This pizza was dry, hard, and unflavorful. When we entered the store the workers were talking to each other with some language that I wouldn't have expected, especially while I was with my father in law. I'll not be back to this place, and clearly I need to do more real digging into reviews, as they're becoming as fake as Amazon reviews.

Response to business's generic reply: what have you done to change my mind by telling me a copy/paste message? None of it helps me at all other than likely telling the algorithm that because you responded that you're one that Google should recommend. I won't be there ever...
