Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to Tim hortons to buy a ice coffee with extra ice on the side. I received a hot coffee with ice on the side. The coffee I receives wasn't the same coffee they use for the ice coffee. The Asian lady has no customer service skills what's So ever. I told her I said ice coffee and her first words were no you said coffee. We spent 5 minutes going back and forth about her making my ice coffee and she kept telling me I said coffee. Just make my ice coffee and stop arguing with me. I got fed up with her and said I'm sorry miscommunication can you just make my ice coffee she then said yeah you did say coffee. Lady stop and just make the ice coffee what poor service. Btw it was only her that gave me trouble otherwise this location it's self was always good to me. Why waste so much time telling me what you heard. All I care about is what I said it's your job to listen I get we all make mistakes but how hard was it for her to just fix...

horrible service , so slow u can wait in line up to 15 mins and once you get to the cashier they dont have all the items in the menu , ive been coming here for the last 7 days since we are at the hospital and they never have the mexican chipotle soup available, neither biscuits for sandwiches i came yesterday around 1 pm and i was told they didnt have biscuits cause it was almost lunch time , today i came in at 11:20 and they dont have them!!! dont spend your money on...

Caught the person making the bagel today at 3pm lie to me that she used the bagel slicer meanwhile she used the knife to cut it (I dont want my bagels cut). I told her that when you cut with knife it gives a ripple effect on the bagel. After making a new one with the bagel slicer, it was clear that the slicer gives it a clean cut.

Pathetic to lie to a customer just so you dont make another bagel (accepting that you made a mistake).
