Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

So I ordered online for pick up on my way home, I got to the within 11 mins of ordering to pay and order a drink as I was early anticipating on waiting 5 or so minutes for the order to be cooked. To my surprise and feeling very sceptical my order was there waiting for me on the counter top. Long story short the dough is raw, so much so as I lifted a slice it fell apart the dough disintegrated. I let the store staff no there was a issue and was given the response “OKAY” no apology no attempt to correct the issue and then began speaking in there native tung to insult me. At this point I asked for the manager who started of by saying I didn’t order well done, I responded with I don’t need it well done just not raw make it regular the right way, he mumbles yah ok ok ok well done at this point ton one has even said sorry to me. Hi I order large stuffed crust Chicken Arrabiata monday night around 9pm at deluxe inn, Store is 2 minute walk though Pizza arrived at 45minute Under cooked and my topping were missing, And I tipped the driver without checking. I added extra topping and the chef forgot to add them, I don't complain, I'm not that person We just didn't eat it more then one slice. Following morning cause of under cook we had upset stomach. And i ended up not going to work, I called customer service and she sounded like she herself is having the worst day of her life. All sad and down over the phone, Like she hates her job, She just took my complain and hanged up. Didn't take my details where I order or my phone number.. This Pizza Hut strides over a very low bar for pizza. That is to say it scrapes by with enough adequacy as to qualify its products as 'food'.

Regrettably the product is not the same as the pan pizza of memory. I recall a time when Pizza Hut crust tasted almost of doughnuts and had a delectable chew. Their current product reminds me of a home baked pizza purchased from the grocery store. The kind one must squeeze sauce out of small sachet onto an already cooked crust. It is exceptionally banal food with a bizarre quantity of cheese that reminds me of linoleum both in thickness and durability.
