Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Was there on a Saturday afternoon the cashier was dealing with three kids at the drive through window when I got to the window we got our tea but not our coffee so I said we order a medium double double and the young man serving us made a face as if it bother him but we said nothing then I said I have a question why are you serving people walking at this window, his response was for security reasons but why do you care? I said I was just wondering and he responded mind your business he gave us our coffee and he said don't come back to which I responded have some manners and don't be disrespectful and he says what ever just go away...he is a young man who wears makeup not that that matters but just for you to be careful when you deal with him. I'm really not happy with this service because if he had a bad day or something is not right in his life he can't bring it to work with him, he deals with customers and he has to provide the best service that he can and if that is his best then he shouldn't be working there. Mind you this was at around 7pm on a Saturday. I called and spoke with the manager Cores a young lady and let her know, she apologized and was very nice but I think she shouldn't have to apologize for this kind of behaviour it should be the young unhappy disrespectful young man who...

This teeny tiny Tim Hortons tackles traffic, tenacious teamsters talentedly tackling tightness. Okay now I need a tea myself ☕! 😁

The team does a good job here I've been there in the past when doing landscaping and again recently when just walking the city randomly.💞

It is a small location please be patient if you are ordering and do not try to order huge orders here inconveniencing everybody please!🙏🤗

It is a great location and the staff work hard I got to take pictures inside showing the great product lineup but limited space for people.

This is mainly a drive-thru and a location that you would walk by on the way to Ikea the other stores in the area many are closed sadly.🤷🥹

The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Went there today on a Sunday, saw about 6 cars in the drive through so i decided to park and go in since i was just getting a coffee and a donut. Waited 20 minutes for that! There is no dine in at this location, its just a small building with a counter so the people waiting inside are crammed together while the staff focus entirely on the drive through and uber orders and ignore the actual customers standing there in the store. I went in there a few years ago and it was the same then as well, so they havent changed. Oh, and my donut was as stale as a piece of cardboard.
