Pizza Hut on Bloor Street is a reliable spot for satisfying pizza cravings, offering a consistent experience that appeals to pizza lovers looking for both quality and value. While it’s not perfect, there are several positive aspects that make it worth a visit. First, the food itself is exactly what you’d expect from Pizza Hut — deliciously cheesy, full of flavor, and customizable to your preferences. The crust is always fresh, whether you go for the classic pan pizza or try something lighter like the thin crust. What stands out the most, however, are the great deals and specials they offer. Whether it’s a two-for-one promotion, family meal combos, or discounted sides, you’ll always find value here. These offers are especially appealing for families, groups of friends, or anyone on a budget who doesn’t want to compromise on quality. In addition to the pizza, their sides, such as breadsticks, wings, and pasta, are solid choices. They’re tasty, fresh, and make for a great addition to your order if you’re sharing with others or want to try a little bit of everything. That said, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The service, while functional, could definitely use a more welcoming touch. The staff is professional but not particularly warm or friendly, which detracts from the overall experience. A little more effort in customer service—greeting customers with a smile, being attentive to special requests, and ensuring that orders are accurate—would go a long way in making diners feel appreciated. Cleanliness is another area that could be improved. While the restaurant isn’t outright dirty, it does feel like the cleaning routine needs more attention, especially during peak hours. Tables can occasionally be left with crumbs or sticky spots, and the floors could use more frequent mopping. It’s not enough to ruin the experience, but a cleaner environment would make the space more inviting for those choosing to dine in. Overall, Pizza Hut on Bloor Street delivers where it counts most: good pizza, excellent offers, and a familiar menu. However, to truly stand out, they need to step up their game in customer service and cleanliness. It’s a great option for takeout or delivery, and if you’re taking advantage of their specials, it’s hard to beat for the price. Rating: 4/5 If they could polish up the service and cleanliness a little more, this location could easily become a neighborhood favorite. For now, it’s a solid choice for pizza lovers looking for good food at a great price.

I visited this Pizza Hut because I was craving their classic Canadian flavor, which is always tasty and consistent. We chose to dine in, as we were quite hungry. However, the indoor space is very limited, this location seems to be more geared towards takeout orders. There are a few small tables, and it can get a bit crowded, so you’re lucky if you manage to find a spot to sit. The price is excellent for the quality and flavor of the food; it definitely offers good value. One thing that could be improved is the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, it would make the experience more pleasant. I enjoyed my time there overall, but a few small improvements would go a long way. Also, there doesn’t appear to be a washroom available to customers, or at least no clear sign indicating one, so keep that in mind if you need to wash your hands. They do provide hand sanitizer, which is a plus.

Ordered a pizza. Received a pizza with a missing slice. Pizza went to waste as someone CLEARLY took a slice. Seal was not stuck to the box. Pic attached. Driver apologized. Store didn't answer as they were closed as that time. Called them to inform them, someone said they'd help us, we actually placed another order, and then had the RUDEST woman call back. Completely hostile, aggressive behaviour. Not understanding at all. Argued with us for 20 mins over the phone for absolutely no reason AFTER A REORDER HAD BEEN PLACED. I legitimately order Pizza But in Etobicoke everyday, and this was possibly the WORST interaction I ever had. I'd rather spit on the food from this location rather than eat it. Ask yourself, would you eat a pizza with a missing slice? Disgusting to say the least. Save yourself.

If I could give this experience a zero star rating I would!

An error was made with my pizza order. During the interaction I was made aware that Ikram was the acting manager. What struck me during this experience was this guy who said he was the manager, did nothing which would demonstrate any leadership qualities with respect to customer service.

Instead of being a leader, he wanted to be right, and in front of his peers, he showed them as a manager that being dismissive, arrogant, and sadly unable to come up with an appropriate solution to remedy his error is what a leader is all about. As three of his employees looked on...he let them know that managing people means him being right.

To the owners of this Pizza Hut...I would encourage you to perhaps circle back with your management team and find ways to better service your customers and or find solutions that would still invite your customers to return even when an error is made. I would hope that Ikram is NOT your standard of qualified leaders for your business.

Please note you also hold a responsibility as a brand ambassador for Pizza Hut. You are the official pizza for the NFL. I would hate to see you fall in the same footsteps of Papa Johns Pizza ...just because your managers want to be right!

Just thought I would share.

All the best with...

Ordered "Thin Pizza Lovers" Large size from you on Sep28 and got very frustrating experience. Order was placed at 12:31PM, it was delivered at about 1:31PM, which is totally fine. Upon attempting to pay for my order using Mastercard - POS has been unable to catch connection and finalize the sale. Delivery guy was very helpful and apologetic about situation, however, after trying multiple times indoors and outdoors(I work at office, and for security reason we aren't allowed to leave secure area behind bullet resistant wall), yet I was forced to violate my work policy due to malfunctioning POS. Pizza was too thick and cold at the moment when I finally got to "enjoy" it. Had to call the store so I can pay via phone in the end. Got a coupon for bread sticks like it's going to change anything. 3/10, bad

Filed complaint with customer support, requested an E-mail with answer - 3 business days in and no reply

PizzaHut does everything in it's power to create a larger pool of customer for every other pizza chain with such an attitude. Everything about experience was unpleasant to the highest degree:

1)Long Delivery 2)Malfunctioning equipment 3)Lack of responsibility 4)Ignorance of customer's...
