Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

3.5? I'm struggling to put 3 stars instead of 4 as it's a fast food place and they have their moments or they wouldn't exist.

This place is great for pretty good, fast and convenient, franchise pizza. This is never gonna be like authentic wood fire, brick oven pizza, but it's great in a pinch or when friends are over and there's just nothing to make.

The pizza is yummy cause of the sauce, cheese, and toppings are pretty good. The crust however, could be much much better.

I'd recommend thin crust, and ask them to cook it a little longer for more crunch.

Its definitely better than the blue one, and way better than the orange one.

The service at this location is friendly and they're so fast. If you're kind I've noticed they'll be equally kind in return.

This used to be our local pizza joint. I don't know what happened in the last few months but our most recent order was so bad that we're unlikely to order pizza again from them anytime in the near future. Normally the orders would take 20-25 minutes, they'd be hot, fresh and delicious. The last order took over 45 minutes which in itself wasn't terrible but the pizza was not only cold but had clearly been a reheated pizza from some other order. When we complained they issued a new pizza with an urgent note to deliver 30-35 minutes. After another 45+ minutes we got a slightly warmer pizza that was so badly made, it was barely edible. We used to be fans of this place but fortunately there are much better pizza joints...

Pizza has always been pretty good but after today, I will never visit this Pizza Nova again. Walked in today for a pick up order, stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes (not a big deal) but in those 5 minutes I have seen 3 employees all walking around the back around the food with NO MASKS on at all. Mouth, nose all exposed while handling food. The COVID virus is still out there and I would hope that people handling food would be wearing masks at all times, not when they see a customer waiting in the front.
