I preorder on the “to good to go” app, drove 25 min with my kids to pick it up and as soon as I got to the place and showed the app, the employee called the manager and she cancelled my order while I’m talking to the employee. The owner didn’t care about my feedback or my concerns, she said she knew in the morning that she doesn’t have food for the evening but still didn’t bother to cancel it on the app. No customer service or sympathy. My kids couldn’t understand how is it the place doesn’t have any food… Never will be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I personally don’t care if you have anything ready for me or not, you didn’t cancel your advertisement on time, now take the loss and offer me something, make it for me! That’s what is called...

We had Hielito Bits' 'Hielito-Pops Cart' cart for the cocktail hour at our wedding and it was a HUGE hit - made our day so fun and special!

Our guests absolutely loved the paletas and for those that weren't as familiar with some of the flavours, it was such an exciting opportunity to get them trying them out and getting a taste of what I grew up with in Mexico. Appreciated the variety of flavours to ensure there was something available for everyone's tastes and dietary restrictions.

Visited this place on a hot Saturday afternoon completely unplanned while waiting for my bus when I saw their 2 for 1 promotion going on. It felt like a refreshing blessing :D For the price of 1 we enjoyed 2 Pineapple pops which had Pineapple+Mango fresh fruit slushy along with a choice of you fruit popsicle (Pineapple/Mango) with or without spice as you prefer.
