Then you Call Customer Service, wait 25 MIN ON HOLD, talk to some guy who takes ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for the problem and tells you they'll deliver (for free) your food to you 70 MINUTES LATER than you would have gotten it if they had fulfilled it properly on their part. OH THE CATCH! They are so cheap that YOU still have to pay the $12.64 for the food that SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY 70 MINUTES AGO. This business is more interested in drilling, questioning, and disrespecting customers rather than running a business properly, delivering an order, keeping a commitment, being honest and retaining customers! This would be gross just in general, but especially considering we're in a pandemic, this is pretty disturbing. When I called to speak to the company about what happened, they first told me there was nothing they could do. Someone put their dirty hands in my food, and they said there's nothing they can do? Then they told me they would look into it and call me back. I spoke to a supervisor 10 minutes later and they said they were sending a new pizza but they refused to refund me. Update from December 23, 2024: I visited the restaurant on this date, and it had many garbage visible to the public. I placed my order, and, incredibly, the attendant lost the order slip. After 35 minutes, I followed up on my order, only to find out that they didn’t even realize they had to make my pizza. This is extremely disrespectful to customers—I felt disrespected and very upset about the situation.
