Worst Pizza Pizza restaurant. Poor customer service and employees and managers were super rude and ignorant. My son got a free slice coupon from school and the cashier refused to accept the coupon because it’s free. I asked her “how come Pizza Pizza issues coupons and refuses to accept it” and she replied “i don’t know” and called the manager. The manager says you must pay for it or else you can’t have a slice. After arguing, they gave me a slice but not in a serving plate and gave it to me in a paper plate. I ask why I’m I getting in a paper plate and she replied “it’s because you are getting it for free” and my son was disappointed when she was showing us attitude. Than manager comes and takes the coupon from the cashier and looks at the expiry date and says where do you find this coupon after in the beginning I told them that my son got it from school. After I got the slice he says you saved $3.52 and humiliated us and said I don’t want you to come back to my store. We got upset and in front of him I threw the slice in the garbage. After being a loyal pizza pizza customer for 20 years and this is what I get. I’m never going to pizza pizza again and would never recommend it. Also the manager used profanity while he was looking at the coupon and my son heard it. Shame on you...

I've been coming to this Pizza Pizza about once a week since August 2018. Seems like it is run by a very efficient and fair Chinese crew.

Currently they are running a promotion consisting of two pepperoni and/or cheese slices for $5. These slices are the same that they sell regularly as individual slices so they are fair size, have a fair amount of pepperoni and are otherwise decently made. Tastes like fresh made pizza should so no complaints.

Walk in, order slices for take out, slices are warmed up and bagged, tap, sit in sunny warmth outside during summer and enjoy. There are tables and a counter inside for less hospitable weather.

Update January 2019: Continues to be doing it right with fresh tasty pizza and efficient service on the two slices for $5 promo. Now with an updated interior.

Update December 2019: The two pepperoni slices for $5 have a fair amount of pepperoni and the crust is extra light and crispy. The new crew here does it right. Plus they play cool music in their store and have chairs along the window....

I was craving for pizza after long hours of work so I tried this branch. I ordered 2 slices of pizza which cost me C$8.68 . I handed the lady cashier C$20 cash and she gave me C$.40 (forty cents) as change without the receipt. I returned it to her and reiterated that I gave her C$ 20.00 . She started to make computation on the paper and not check her machine, she noticed that I was starting to be upset and I will insist my side. I asked her for an additional bottled water and she' demanded additional C$2.25 when in fact I still have more than C$10 change. Eventually she gave me the right change. I asked for the receipt and this is what I found. She punched on the cash register that I paid her C$9.10, when it's supposed to be C$20. What the heck!.

So when you go to this branch be sure you know the denomination of your bill if you're paying cash. and always demand for...
