EDIT: The owners are now using family and friends to post fake positive reviews. They all have similar names and messages. This is against Google practices. Those positive reviews are basically spam and will get this business taken down on Google if they keep it up. They are all within the same month, and the owners are only now replying to reviews after a year.
To the owners. Your response to a review from last year shows how little care you take. The platter had the picture of the biscuit in it at the time I ordered (you did that to countless other customers over the years and broke corporate policy). But that's besides the point. You don't even try to refute or respond to the rest of my review because you know I'm right about everything. This is not the way to respond to reviews, nor is it the way to run a business. Not once have you ever tried to make this right with any of your customers that have spent their hard earned money at your establishment. If that's not bad enough, judging by the older reviews, you also make a habit of breaking labour laws and not paying people for training. That is illegal in this country. If you're just going to keep cutting corners and running the business and brand into the ground then you should consider packing up and finding a different profession. Sell it to someone that will actually run it and respect their paying customers. Be better.

No matter what you order, take out, delivery, pickup, always! They always forget something, every time! I've been a customer to this location for about 2 years off and on because I do actually like Popeyes, but this is one of the worst locations. Whether it's just a biscuit, or a side, or a whole wrong item, be on the lookout for your missing item(s).
I went earlier today (giving yet another undeserved chance to you because this is the closest location) when it was dead-quiet and they had full staff on deck before the afternoon rush.
Missing biscuit. Platters are supposed to include them. Mine did not. It did include gross dark wilted lettuce on my "deluxe" sandwich, though. 🙄
I'd say be better, but man the bar is already so low.
To the owner/management:

I had a problem with an order a little while ago, called and told them about it and they were extremely unprofessional, unapologetic and beyond unkind. I had to go to the store and complain in person and even still they didn’t want to fix my order, they lied about who the manager was, nobody was wearing name tags and I ended up speaking to someone who was a partner and not someone from head office (they gave me a random number off the back). I got an apology from that person and my food replaced (no favour or compensation there). FFwd to today, I am sick because I ordered from this restaurant and the food gave me food poisoning. I’ve spent the past 3 days vomiting and with a fever, called them and told them and NO CALL BACK, NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. I ordered a 4pc Chicken and they sent me 6pcs DARK. I ordered white and dark and paid extra for a breast which means it should’ve been 2 breasts and two dark pieces, not 6 dark. I ordered 5pc tenders and AT THIS LOCATION THEY CUT TENDERS IN HALF!!!! The tenders are usually super thin because of this practice but this time THE TENDERS WERE TINY AND UNNACCEPTABLY THIN! The chicken and tenders were old and dry, fries and onion rings were inedible and soaking in oil and the nuggets were good and fresh as well as the biscuits. Read moreUpdate - tried this store again and have to say, yuck. Mainly, why does the guy cooking the chicken, with a huge bushy beard, not wear some form of beard net??? I don’t want anyone’s hair in my food! Still getting greasy food that’s not properly drained. Still not getting any friendly smiles from staff.
This is a terrible store . The “manager” stares down customers. No one in this store smiles or greets anyone with any kind of polite welcome. Repeated unsatisfactory visits. Receipts given are under “training” mode so there’s no store info to identify them to head office.
The server put the order into a paper bag, then dumped the fries on top of everything. This is the strangest thing I’ve ever seen!!! Everything got greasy and half the fries ended up almost soaking through the paper bag from all the grease. Pretty pathetic an employee is so deliberately careless.
Ordered several dessert pies and several were unlabelled despite all being different flavours. Another example of employee laziness, ignoring company policy, and general poor customer service.
Popeyes!!! Please employee people that actually want to work and enjoy dealing with customers. Many, many unemployed people exist and are looking for work and would do a much better job!!! This entire group is very poorly trained and seems to have a negative, gloomy attitude.
